I just got my roof replaced last week by Grapevine Pro. After 1 week of observing the work they did, I have no complaints. They got it done in one day. Good clean up after. No leaking during rainy days. Someone followed up and checked in with us days after to make sure there were no issues. Good communication, great team!

Did business with grapevine to replace all my windows in the house . We were told they were new windows nailed in framed , after the windows were installed we had some issues they came back to fix them with a heat gun(didn’t fix the problem ). After that had another issue with the widows not closing smoothly and a lot of drafts , they set someone to come look at them he said yes manufacturing issues Marc will get back to me on next step months later nothing . Call they have a guy come he say he don’t feel any drafts after his last guy said it was window manufacturing issue . So I still have windows with drafts that they won’t fix or replace . Now I’m getting the siding redone at my house and what you can’t see is what’s the issue . Here is why the windows leak no tape around the frame and half the case is foam and half of it is missing causing the drafts . The metal window casing was brand new instead of them doing it the right way they bent the metal half way around the wood sill and caulked the gaps when they should of pulled some siding off to lay the metal frame casing so water can’t get behind it . I have called them many many times with a non response or run around . I wasted 10k on windows that are nothing but issues . If they do work on your house make sure your home and watch every step of the way because there is no project manager there to watch the work they are doing hope your not like me with new windows that leak air . I kept quiet for a year trying to handle this the right way but now I have no choice but to leave this review . They will call you 20xs a day to get the job and money once they have that Good luck so just beware if you use them to make sure your watching everything ,here are some pictures and a video . Wish I could add screen shots of the email chain and texts you guys would enjoy them !!! Too bad I can’t upload videos so now said and done to redo the work around the outside of the windows the right way that should of been done in the first place is costing me 3500 more !!! If anyone wants more videos or pictures feel free to reach out to me . I will be reaching out to foundation and the BBB . I been more then nice about all this with run around for a year and being 10k in the hole for a job I though being a good named company would do right . Maybe Marc will get on it now and make it right

Grapevine completed my roof on May 2, 2025. While the overall service was satisfactory. I encountered an issue with the lead person who was not the foreman on site, he was reluctant to strip more of the water shielding material that was remaining on the roof, assuring me that the clump of roofing material remaining on the roof was fine, and it would not affect the manufacturer’s warranty. I called the manufacturer GAF, and in fact they state this would affect the warranty. I contacted the lead person over the phone who reached out to the project manager who was assigned to oversee my roofing project. I appreciated his willingness to address my concerns – he went above and beyond and got on his knees to pull back the material himself and proved my point. The roof was now smooth and ready. Ultimately, the project was satisfactory, the initial oversight by the lead person on sight was disappointing and affected my overall experience. Because of this delay, it took longer to complete my roof and put me in the window of anticipating rain. Which in fact it poured on my incomplete roof. I highly recommend any homeowner to be home to supervise the insulation process of your roof. I can only rate Grapevine 3 out of 5.

The process from start to finish of my roof replacement was great. The staff and crew were very polite and knowledgeable of their jobs. I would recommend hiring The grapevine crew for your repair or replacement needs for your dwelling.

The shingles put on by a previous contractor were not good quality. We also have a lot of solar panels and it turns out the people who put them up didn't have the right tools so the bolts got stripped. Grapevine had to put up new brackets to hold the panels. Grapevine is a professional company and did a professional job putting up a new roof and taking down and putting up all the solar panels. They were respectful and courteous. They went over in detail all the work to be done. My advice is to hire a professional company and not be afraid to pay for a quality job because in the end you may pay more to fix what wasn't done right the first time.

We had a wonderful experience with Grapevine pro from day one! Excellent customer care and excellent staff! The window and door installers were on time and ready to work! They did an amazing job and they were very neat and cleaned up everything! Beautiful workmanship! I would highly recommend Grapevine Pro!! We couldn’t be more pleased!

This has been a while coming but only because I did not write a review until we got a few rain storms since this is a review of a roof replacement.
Back in January of last year I called a few different roofer for a quote for a replacement roof because my insurance company was going to cancel my house insurance if I did not replace my roof.
Well, even though it was 5 in the afternoon. Kyle Hanley offered to come out to my house and talk to me about my roof and how they could help me. Now, because I had solar panels on my roof it was a problem that most companies did not want anything to do with helping me.
Now Kyle sat here in my house and we talked for hours about what had to be done in order to get me a new roof. Since he was in my house and he could see my ceiling he told me that the solar panels were starting to affect my roof. Which I knew because I was already in touch with the solar company about my ceiling.
He gave me 2 prices one for them to remove the panels and replace them after doing the roof. But I had to get permission from the solar company, The other was just for the roof if the solar company took off the panels.
Solar company would not give them permission to take the panels off. I fought with them about it and told them that my ceiling was getting really bad with water stains.
Finally, after the adjuster came, he right away said that it was the panels that were causing the leaks and yes it was their fault. That was in April and I kept getting messages from the man that was handling my claim. I talked to him about what his company would do for me and it just seemed that it was going nowhere quickly. So I decided to try to make a deal with the solar company. Since my roof was 17 years old I would be willing to pay for the roof if they would remove and replace the panels at no cost to me. Because they wanted to charge me over five thousand to do so. When it was their fault for telling me my roof was in great shape. The panels were only on my roof for 2 or 3 years.
Grapevine pro did keep in touch with me and I told them what was happening with the solar company. Marc told me just let him know the date of the removal and he would put me on their calendar. It was 8 months of waiting for the removal date. Yet they were able to install a beautiful new roof in just day notice. They came here and within a few hours my old roof was off and the new one on and done.
This company was so wonderful to work with when I had all these problems holding them up and were one of the few that helped me. They came and did the job. Cleaned up afterwards, they did not leave anything laying about. Even the dumpster was gone from my house the same day. I would like to thank all the people that I dealt with in this company. Each and everyone of them were very professional. I would call them again for another job. Wonderful company!

Materials and crew showed up on time. Edgar the chief installer took measurements and then explained in detail what he had to do to make the window installations fit just right. As he and his son were doing the installations Edgar kept informing me what he was doing and why he had to do it that way, very informative and educational. They were very organized, neat and clean. After the job was complete I was amazed how different my house looked, like a brand new side to my house! Based on my experience I would HIGHLY recommend Grapevine Pro. Hats off to Edgar and junior THE ULTIMATE PROFESSIONALS !!!!!!
