Installation great but I would not do business with installers again, for most of the installation there was no one on site who spoke English! Whoever took the American flag off the house just threw it on the ground! They blew a fuse( it happens) but no one told me about it. Overall quality work but it left a bad taste in my mouth!

Hi, this is Judy. The customer, I just wanna say that this crew and the project manager and the guy in charge of it. Everybody worked to the ultimate best the crew seemed to have it down to a science cause they knew exactly what they were doing, and they worked so well together, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. It was it was fantastic. I'd recommend them to everyone.

Grapevine replaced our roof. Although we had some issues, the thing that I really like is that they stand behind their job. They are very responsive, and do not hesitate to come again and do everything to make you happy.
Not many companies do that!

Grapevine was a rare find! They said they would take the solar panels (all 40) off in a day, Tear off the old roof and put the new roof on the next day and put the solar panels back the following day. They also contacted through the day to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We also had a supervisor stop by at least once during the day. Mark the inhouse supervisor and Chris the super on the road were fantastic. I highly recommend this company!

Kyle g came on my property and harassed my family while i was at work, i have no solicitation signs up and he still proceeded to spew false information and book an appointment for a property with a person who is not the homeowner. A place that sends untrained and untrustworthy salesman like this for work should not be trusted and no one should ever use them.

Bobby & Luke (great guys and sales reps) came over for a sales presentation for windows today and were very patient and succinct. Bobby was extremely knowledgeable and confident about the product. I am very impressed with the windows and received a very good quote from them. However, I suspected that I would not be able to fit this project into my 2025 budget and that was confirmed. I communicated that to Connor (cool guy and a natural at canvassing) who knocked on my door yesterday and set up the appointment that this might be the case. I was told that I can at least understand their company, product, methodologies, and pricing so I agreed. I did in fact learn a ton and found my time well spent. Thank you for all your time and efforts. I look forward to reaching out again late spring/early summer next year when I'm ready to financially take on this project. Thanks again!!

These guys did incredibly well with our replacement roof. They managed to work with us on cost. They removed and reinstalled our solar panels. The entire producer took three days. We wary they they will give you a hard sell when they come into your home but if you go with these guys, you’ll likely be glad you did.they were expeditious and punctual and were quite happy with the work.

I just got my roof replaced last week by Grapevine Pro. After 1 week of observing the work they did, I have no complaints. They got it done in one day. Good clean up after. No leaking during rainy days. Someone followed up and checked in with us days after to make sure there were no issues. Good communication, great team!

Did business with grapevine to replace all my windows in the house . We were told they were new windows nailed in framed , after the windows were installed we had some issues they came back to fix them with a heat gun(didn’t fix the problem ). After that had another issue with the widows not closing smoothly and a lot of drafts , they set someone to come look at them he said yes manufacturing issues Marc will get back to me on next step months later nothing . Call they have a guy come he say he don’t feel any drafts after his last guy said it was window manufacturing issue . So I still have windows with drafts that they won’t fix or replace . Now I’m getting the siding redone at my house and what you can’t see is what’s the issue . Here is why the windows leak no tape around the frame and half the case is foam and half of it is missing causing the drafts . The metal window casing was brand new instead of them doing it the right way they bent the metal half way around the wood sill and caulked the gaps when they should of pulled some siding off to lay the metal frame casing so water can’t get behind it . I have called them many many times with a non response or run around . I wasted 10k on windows that are nothing but issues . If they do work on your house make sure your home and watch every step of the way because there is no project manager there to watch the work they are doing hope your not like me with new windows that leak air . I kept quiet for a year trying to handle this the right way but now I have no choice but to leave this review . They will call you 20xs a day to get the job and money once they have that Good luck so just beware if you use them to make sure your watching everything ,here are some pictures and a video . Wish I could add screen shots of the email chain and texts you guys would enjoy them !!! Too bad I can’t upload videos so now said and done to redo the work around the outside of the windows the right way that should of been done in the first place is costing me 3500 more !!! I been more then nice about all this with run around for a year and being 10k in the hole for a job I though being a good named company would do right . Maybe Marc will get on it now and make it right
