I'm very happy and satisfied with my new roof. My old roof was in really bad shape. Andy Wilde was very professional and extremely helpful. He answered all my questions and addressed my apprehension. I explained to him that I had a maximum budget that could not exceed. He worked with me until we could get the cost to where I could manage it. He was great and I was very pleased. The construction crew were outstanding, they were on time, they protected my flowerbeds, yard and driveway. Once done, they cleaned up everything. Hector, was the project manager and he was on site several times to make sure the project was processing as it should and to answer any questions I had as the crew did the installation. All in all, they did a great job and I'm very pleased. I highly recommend them. Job well done.

The salesman, Massimo came to my house and examined my roof , with a drone, it was icy). Showed me the pictures and discuss the roofs condition. We then discuss options available. Having worked in construction over 4 decades and having shingled many roofs I felt comfortable with what he was telling me. On our second meeting he presented two options and pricing. I liked the price, a contract was signed and everything was was explained in great deal. A little while after that I was notified that the crew could start. The roof was completed in one day by some very hard working guys and clean up was excellent. I highly recommend Massimo and Guardian Home Imprivements.

We got our roof and soffit/fascia done with them. We are very happy with everything. Jose was fabulous and explained everything as it was happening. Nick handled unexpected hangers well and Joe came out at the end and went over all of the work with us. From start to finish, great customer service and results!

I recently had the pleasure of developing a plan with Andy Wilde to replace my existing roof. Andy is total professional who knows a lot and invested significant time and energy educating me on the roof replacement process. It indeed is a process, not just new shingles, although that's all you'll see when complete! Andy really helped my to be able to visualize the process. Andy's follow up with was timely and on time. We agreed to his proposal and promptly made decisions for the job to commence late winter/early spring.A Guardian team came to my home to temporarily patch up a small whole around a bathroom vent in the existing roof. That will do a lot for peace of mind of the winter. Fabulous customer service and attention to detail. We look forward to working with Guardian to complete our roof replacement process.

My experience with Andy has been top notch. He is extremely knowledgeable in both window and roofing categories. He has been an absolute delight to work with. I felt very at ease and satisfied with his suggestions and products that he offered. No high pressure sales tactics and he respectfully kept in touch with me while I considered the process for roof and windows. That was the main reason I went with Guardian, Andy is an excellent salesman! Kudos to you Andy! I look forward to working with Guardian through both projects and hope the install process goes just as smoothly.

Exceptional sales experience but poor customer service after installation and payment.

I had the pleasure of working with Cody for my roofing project, and I couldn't be happier with the sales experience. From the first consultation, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to finding the best solution for my home.

Cody took the time to explain all my options, ensuring I understood the materials, pricing, and timeline. No pressure—just honest guidance. The communication was seamless, and every question I had was answered promptly.

Post installation update:
Adjusted stars from 5 to 1...
I contracted Guardian to apply the Cericade roofing coating/sealant to my home. Prior to signing, I was shown product samples that appeared solid and opaque. Since I was unfamiliar with Cericade, I requested addresses of homes where it had been previously installed so I could view the results firsthand. All the examples provided featured the black coating.

My original shingles were a tan/weathered wood color, but based on the samples, references, and being told tge color would be solid, I proceeded with the black Cericade application.

Shortly after signing, Guardian reached out to confirm the payment schedule—deposit due at the start of work, with the balance due upon completion—and provided a tentative timeline. Communication at this stage was prompt and professional.

The schedule shifted a few times due to weather and equipment issues, which I found understandable.

However, after the coating was applied, the crew left without notifying me that the job was complete or offering a walk-through. The finance team contacted me quickly for the final payment. At the time, the sky was overcast, and the roof appeared uniformly black.

A few days later, I noticed that in full sunlight, the coating was not truly opaque. The black finish was fairly translucent, except in areas where overspray occurred—resulting in noticeable vertical lines across the roof.

I’ve reached out to Guardian multiple times to discuss these concerns, but no one has followed up or come to inspect the issue.

Given this experience, I would not choose to install this product again.

Update 11/10/2025:
After updating my review on 10/9, Guardian was very responsive. They had been working on things with the product vendor but had not communicated that to me. The original coating batch was "light" on pigment so the manufacturer supplied new product to be applied.

The coating was reapplied on 10/14. The color is much more even and solid/opaque. There are some lines from where the product was overlapped but overall it looks much better than the original application.

I updated the rating to 4 stars.

Looks gorgeous. I am so pleased with both Chad and Josh! I had possibly the worst experience ever with KNE Customs LLC. My living room ceiling fell down just 90 days after the roof was installed. Had to take a leap of faith to try again. Thank you for listening. Fantastic crew. I’m looking forward to finally enjoying the peace a quality roof can provide.

I reached out to Guardian this spring about having some of my cedar siding replaced on the side of my house. They had somebody out to the house within a week to walk me through my options and provide a quote. I worked with Mike, and he was very responsive in his communication and very easy to work with. The crew came replaced all the siding that was rotting and needed replaced. I got some other quotes, and Guardian was the most competitive of the quotes I received. Very knowledgeable staff!
