Gunner Roofing delivered a professional service as they installed our new siding, gutters and fixed underlying wood issues. From the first phone call with Jeremy, his friendly demeanor and clear expertise immediately put us at ease. He provided a detailed outline of the project, ensuring we knew exactly what to expect. We appreciated the speed and efficiency. Jeremy and Anthony took the time to answer all of our questions. Pricing was fair and transparent. Jeremy and his team come highly recommended. We'll certainly be reaching out for future home improvements.

Gunner did a very quick and quality job on our siding for our home. It looks great. The Project Manager was extremely helpful throughout. They went above and beyond to be helpful from the initial sales, the project and even answering questions after the job was done.

Andrew and Sean were excellent very professional, helpful and understandable. Andrew really
helped us for close to a year and another company did not install our roof properly and he made the transition very smooth and easy They work with your schedule and always return your phone calls, even if you request the same documents they have no problem assisting you. One of the representative from Gunner roofing met me at my job to sign for permits and she was so wonderful, I really appreciate that because of my busy work schedule Sean came back when the roof was completed and gave us a lot of pictures. Andrew and Sean recommendation on which shingles will benefit our roof was great!! I would recommend this company to anyone.

Our roofing experience with Gunner was one of the smoothest and pleasant large home projects we have ever completed.

Each Gunner team member we interacted with- Anthony, Sean, Mateo, and the project crew, were all extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and professional.

The roof/ gutter/ gutter guard project quote was super-fast, within 24 hours. As a bonus, the quote came in lower than we anticipated. Scheduling the project was a breeze—Gunner was able to accommodate our preferred April ’23 timing.

Communication throughout was project was excellent. Everything progressed as planned, even ahead of schedule until there was a weather disruption late in the week. Sean, our project manager was extremely responsive in coordinating a gutter re-route until the heavy rain subsided a few days later and the project could resume. The crew was neat & tidy throughout the project, clean-up was thorough.

Along with daily communication, Sean also shared photo progression of the project throughout the week. We are really pleased with the roof and gutters installation--everything looks great!

We needed a full exterior facelift and Gunner delivered impeccable results for us. During early 2023, we met with Gunner to get a quote for a new roof, gutters, and siding, and they ended up being cheaper for all 3 than some of the other contractors that only quoted us for new siding. After making the decision to go with Gunner, they began the process about a month later (March 2023) and ultimately finished about a month after that (April 2023). From start to finish, everything was ideal. The project manager, Anthony, and a backup manager Sean, did a great job communicating with us and provided us daily updates via a text chain with photos and collaboration to ensure our satisfaction. Anthony and his crew were clean, professional, and extremely helpful in providing us with the highest level of service. These guys take care of everything, and I mean everything. The big wow factor for me was all of above and beyond work and effort they did for us that you could only hope for in a contractor. Filing the permits, cleaning the job site every single day, swapping out our lights and electrical outlets, uninstalling and then reinstalling our awning and string lights, putting a tarp down to catch any debris and protect our plants and lawn, magnetically sweeping our property to pick up any nails/screws/staples, etc., and even accommodating us by giving us money back to help us pay for some interior painting that was needed as a result of minor damage from the construction (which is typical and should be expected). They even had a great deal with a lender to provide us with an 18 month loan at no interest. No interest for 18 months with rates as high as they are today is absolutely amazing. Going with Gunner was a decision I'm so happy I made. I'd do again in a heartbeat. Hire these guys. They're the best.

My husband and I could not be more pleased with the roofing job done by Guuner Roofing. We recently had about 2/3 of our cedar shake roof replaced, the other part having been done 2 years ago by another roofer that was good but doesn't compare with Gunner. From start to finish Gunner impressed. Andrew, our first contact, came promptly and performed a thorough inspection needed to provide a proposal that we had confidence in and would not surprise once the job began. Becky in the office was wonderfully helpful and job supervisor attentive, professional and eager to please. Roofers Charle and Jose were amazing: tremendously hard workers, proficient and good people. Gunner is just as they advertise themselves. We couldn't recommend them more highly.

We used Gunner to replace our cedar shingles with Hardie cement boards and had a very positive experience from start to end. From requesting a quote to the final walkthrough, they were responsive, kept you informed and the work was executed as agreed. The quality of the work was great and we love our new siding. It was a pleasure dealing with Nick and Eddie and thought the workers were diligent and pleasant.

Gunner roofing is great! We had an emergency situation where our roof was leaking and creating moisture in our attic. This was all happening as I was about 37 weeks+ pregnant and then right after I gave birth. They were available to answer all our questions and did a great job handling insurance - much appreciated as it was one less thing for us to do! Payment / keeping track of the job was super easy via the app. Everyone who worked on the job was personable and professional and always a phone call or text away. Not to mention our new roof looks great - we especially love the copper flashing around the chimney! They also Re-vented our attic to the highest standards. Beautiful job and a great experience. We have already recommended them to neighbors.

Gunner Roofing was terrific. They replaced my roof just recently after it got damaged from a wind storm. It proved to be one of the best decisions I've made and I had a great experience working with them through the entire project. Andrew was so responsive and professional right from the beginning till the project completion, giving me all good advices and guiding me through
the process every step of the way. Nick was also great, coordinating the schedule and managing the project with top quality. In addition, they also fixed my soffit vents and leaking gutter all at the same time.
