Our short term rental Airbnb cabin Moonlight Lodge has a membership with Hammond Servives for electrical, hvac and plumbing! It’s been awesome working with Hammond team. So professional and polite. Great communication. Fast responses and good prices. We just had Ben come out today to install whole house surge protection and he was fantastic. Scheduled us for quick installation around our rental calendar and sent photos when he was done. Highly recommend Ben and the entire team at Hammond Services.

By far more excellent than any plumber whom has been to my home in the last 5 yrs. Just spent $3200 on work and it all has to be replaced. Curtis was kind, knowledgeable and professional. He just left and already have the estimates. Due to the nature of my situation they are sending a comfort specialist to hook me up with payment/finance options on Wednesday.

This service was my annual preventive check up. My technician, Mike Florence was extremely impressed. He explained to me in layman terms what he was doing to my air conditioner and he explained the best solution for keeping it running in top condition . He was though and professional.
So happy with the service we received from Hammond! Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable from the first person I talked to, dispatch was very polite and handled my scheduling needs and Matt Bailey was great in getting us back up and running!

I've known of Hammond Services but only recently engaged with them following a visit to my parents' home in Griffin. I smelled gas when I entered the home and was concerned. I decided to reach out and every single person I interacted with was excellent. There were multiple issues in the home, so over a couple of days different service people came out. All were the kind of people you'd have no problem having in your parents' home when you're far away. They've done great work. They explained issues and options, were never pushy, and all surprised me with how quickly they showed up. We've got my folks on a maintenance agreement now which gives both me and them peace of mind. I highly recommend Hammond Services.

Brett and his team Chuck, Adam, Darryl, and Markeyce worked nonstop for five days! They found creative ways to solve unexpected problems and answer all of our questions throughout the process. Very dependable.
I had the pleasure of working with a technician by the name of curtis C. This gentleman was a pleasure to have throughout the home. He was very knowledgeable and a very welcoming individual. Only if all technicians were as capable as Curtis was, this guy will be in management in no time. I tip my hat to Curtis and the efforts that he put in. I just wanted to take the time to leave a review for the excellent service we had today by Devon D. We are fostering time homeowners and this was our first HVAC checkup and service. There was an additionally found suspected leak on the old gas line and valve that was going to cost $485 to fix, after beginning his work Devon found that the nuts were simply loose and properly tightening and sealing the valves fixed the issue without spending the $485.
Talk about honesty! I would’ve never known either way and they could’ve made more money but now they made a customer for life! Oh, and our A/C is working again!!
