I just wanted to take the time to leave a review for the excellent service we had today by Devon D. We are fostering time homeowners and this was our first HVAC checkup and service. There was an additionally found suspected leak on the old gas line and valve that was going to cost $485 to fix, after beginning his work Devon found that the nuts were simply loose and properly tightening and sealing the valves fixed the issue without spending the $485.
Talk about honesty! I would’ve never known either way and they could’ve made more money but now they made a customer for life! Oh, and our A/C is working again!!

It's always a pleasure to see James he's been doing our service with him and for over 20 years now and we never have a problem. He's friendly patient courteous and clean working. Does a great job! They need to get more like him.

My water heater tank was leaking and needed to be replaced. I called Hammond as I use them on a regular basis for heating/air, electrical, and plumbing. My technician was Amanda. She accessed the situation explained the changes needed for the new installation and the cost. She had the parts delivered and completed the installation in a few hours. I was really impressed that it was a same day installation. I would recommend Amanda and Hammond to everyone.

He have service with Hammond and they came out to service our ac unit on New Year Eve. The technician, (Alex)was extremely professional, knowledge and proficient. He noticed and made corrections to things that were done incorrectly from the original installation. He also tested the unit and went over the results for each test and have professional recommendations for the necessary repairs that had to be done. Hammond is a great company and they take pride in their technicians training. They ensure they have all the resources necessary and they won’t leave until every aspect of what they are capable of doing has been done. They are simply the best, and it showed in every aspect of the technician (Alex). We are grateful to have chosen them. And @Alex, our technician, we pray you had a Happy New Year.

A pleasant professional experience from start to finish. Installed new Pressure Relief Valve, Expansion tank and three shut off valves with copper lines for an electric water heater. Issue was diagnosed, repairs scheduled the following day. Repairs completed with in a couple hours. Coty, the technician, was thoroughly knowledgeable and a true professional.

Adam a great person and technician. Called in advance to ensure we were available. He is technically qualified, honest and trustworthy.
Quickly identified and corrected the issue. Provided good to know information regarding upgrading the outdated electrical box, which we will plan to do next spring. Worked organized and cleaned up after completing the job.

Curtis, a plumbing technician, provided a detailed account of the potential problem but determined that the problem was better suited for an HVAC technician. Curtis assured me he would coordinate to ensure an HVAC technician would come out and there would be no additional service charge.
