Michael from Hammond came by and flushed my water heater. He did a great job and was very informative. Michael was also very polite and courteous. As always I recommend using Hammond whenever you have an HVAC or Plumbing issue.

Austin was great. Installation was super smooth and always courteous and communicative throughout. And he also took the time to take us around and explain all the features, safety measures and usage of our new thermostat even though it was pretty late when they got done. Super nice and so happy with our new system. I would recommend t Hammond to anyone in the area who wants quality work and affordable options, including financing which was pretty painless.

I have been using Hammond Services for over 27 years now and have always found them top notch in any issues I have with my home. Recently I had an issue with a toilet not functioning properly. Hammond sent a technician named Curtis Crutchfield. He identified the problem i had and made the necessary corrections.
During the trouble call, I asked about water heaters. I decided to replace my outdated water heater. Curtis made a call to dispatch and a new water heater was delivered within the hour. Curtis removed the old unit and installed the new unit in a reasonable amount of time.
I found Curtis to be very knowledgeable and proficient in his field. Kudos for the service I received. Great Job!

Jeremy is the best! He had my ac running in about an hour. He didn't just fix my ac, he also completed the basic maintenance for my unit and now my ac is working better than it was before it stopped working. I will definitely look into getting the maintenance plan so I don't have to worry about doing it myself.

The AC went out this year and up until now I called other companies to come out and I was less then satisfied with their work. I decided to give Hammond a call this time and it was terrific that you can call them 24/7 and an actual person will answer! I called Sunday and they said someone will be out Tuesday afternoon (Monday was a Holiday). Tuesday morning came and at 7:30am I got a call from the technician that he was on the way and about an hour out! Way ahead of schedule 👍. Mike came at 8:30 and got to work and within an hour he found the problem: bad compressor. I decided we needed to replace the whole system and Jeff Snow came Friday to go over the options. He was very knowledgeable and talked us through the whole process. We picked the option best fit for us and we got it financed right on the spot. They started work the following week. Shane and Austin were doing the majority of the work and we had Jaime doing so sheetrock work as well. Shane and Austin went above and beyond to get things working again! What was supposed to be a three day job got done in 2 thanks tho Austin and Shane's dedication! Needless to say I am going to remain a Hammond customer for years to come! Thank you all at Hammond Services for your hard work especially Mike, Jeff, Austin, Shane and Jaime!!

Wayne was excellent! He was very knowledgeable. He showed me pictures and drawings, which made it easy for me to understand. Wayne went over different plans with me and did not push me to buy the highest. Wayne and his team went way and beyond to help me. This met a lot for me. The company showed me they cared. I got good vibes from Wayne, he didn't fast-talk down to earth with no pressure. I had 4 different companies come and give me an estimate. I chose Hammond Service because they were willing to help in any way possible. Thank you, Julie, for all your help in the finance department.

Elias Mays was awesome from Hammond Services. He was right on time and demonstrated his expertise to inspect a major plumbing issue. Hammond Services hold quotes for 30 days. Therefore, homeowners have an opportunity to schedule a repair when funding is available while keeping the price quoted during the inspection/service call. I highly recommend Hammond Services for major plumbing issues.
