Recently had the Premium Lenox unit installed. It works amazing! I was provided several options and Wayne walked me through the pros and cons of each. Our installer, Jordan and his assist were truly amazing. Dawson did an amazing job with the duct cleaning and explaining the process to me. Top notch service, they really went over and beyond. Highly recommend.

My wife and I have used Hammond for a job or two in the past and were satisfied with the quality of their work. However, this year we have used Hammond for quite a few services from plumbing to HVAC. We entered into a Planned Maintenance Agreement for heating and air due to the value of the service. Following our scheduled maintenance appointment, our main AC unit went down. Hammond went above and beyond to make sure that they resolved the issue. This is a level of customer service that seems to be rare nowadays. Thank you so much for your attention to detail, and the wonderful technicians that worked diligently on our behalf.

Austin was great. Installation was super smooth and always courteous and communicative throughout. And he also took the time to take us around and explain all the features, safety measures and usage of our new thermostat even though it was pretty late when they got done. Super nice and so happy with our new system. I would recommend t Hammond to anyone in the area who wants quality work and affordable options, including financing which was pretty painless.
