From start to finish Harley was so easy to work with. The estimator arrived on time and fully explained why my old door failed. He explained what Harley would do to resolve the problem. The installers did a fabulous job! There was no mess. The new door works and looks perfect. The estimator came by to ensure everything was installed properly on the installation day! The project manager kept me informed and managed my expectations. It has been a wonderful experience working with Harley! I highly recommend Harley for your home.

We had Harley's replace all of our windows in our 4 bedroom home a couple of months ago. They did a beautiful job! Completed the project in one day! Our home stays warmer on cold days and cooler on warm days requiring less power for air conditioning and heat. We are also thrilled with the new curb appeal. Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish! The windows are high-quality and look fantastic, but what truly sets this company apart is their incredible team. Everyone—from sales to installation—was kind, patient, and genuinely considerate of our unique household. They carefully worked around our guard dogs, cat, koi pond, and even our reptile room with professionalism and care. When it came time to reinstall our iron security bars, they returned without hesitation and ensured everything was done with integrity and precision. The product is amazing, but the people are what make this company exceptional. Highly recommend!

Brandon K came to our home to help us figure out replacement options for our windows/sliding door. His knowledge and warmth was immeasurable. He sat with us for 3 hours, providing an abundance of information that answered most of our questions before we could even ask. The way in which he layed it all out was so thoughtful and thorough. He met all our questions with top tier professionalism, providing great answers or offering solutions. He was extremely respectful of our home and was so great and interactive with our son throughout the time he was here. We are extremely excited to work with them on this next step in our home improvements.

Update: we absolutely love our new windows. I was admittedly a bit skeptical that we would feel good about the money we spent, but I have to say that our new windows look and, work and feel like every bit of the money spent. I changed my review from 4 to 5 stars because the installers were so respectful and stealthy. They got the job done.

We have used Harley 3 times in the last couple of years and we highly recommend them. The pricing might seem high but the service was superb. The workers were smart, worked efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, and installed 9 windows and 2 doors. We noticed the difference immediately. The insulation is really good. Special shout out to Avery for his attention to detail.

A night and day difference between are old windows and the new windows / door! No more drafts and you can't feel the cold radiating off the window. The crew that did the installation were professional and had it down to a science! I'm happy the rep recommended they're brand of windows and it's worth every penny. I had 10 windows and 1 glass door in my house replaced. The experience from getting a quote to the installation was amazing. When purchasing the windows all my questions were answered and they were very knowledgeable. The installation went just as smoothly and professionally. They were efficient and left no mess behind as well as being very kind and patient with my three year old who wanted to talk to them the whole time. Now, after living with my windows for a few weeks, I can say aside from the windows looking aesthetically pleasing, that I have noticed my house stays warmer and I am using less heat. I also feel much more secure. The first photo attached are my old aluminum windows and the other are my new windows. I wish I took better before photos to really show the night and day difference between them, because the pictures don’t do them justice. Overall I am very happy with the windows and the service and I will continue to recommend this company to all my friends and family as well as keep them in mind for any future projects.

I reviewed several window companies, reviewing their products, installations of their products, and warranties on both the (product, the windows) and (the warranty on the installation) as well. I found in Harley Exteriors what I believe to be the best product for our Pacific Northwest, and by far the best warranty compared to any company for the product (windows) and the (installation). I would also add that from the first call I made until the last window was installed, I found the Harley folks to be friendly, courteous and easy to work with. I would strongly recommend before you make your final decision to upgrade or purchase windows, to give Harley Exteriors an opportunity to show you their superior quality windows that are made to withstand our Pacific Northwest climate.
