Tim and I were really excited when our chair life was recently installed. Natalie Teft came to our home and fully explained how the Home Pro Chair lift operated. My Ma will be 95 in May. She has health issues which we are very concerned about. One being her memory and balance. Natalie was very caring . On Tuesday of this week, Robert House came to my home for the second time to discuss the purchase and installation of a stair lift. He is not a pressure person at all, and he provided all the information I needed to make my final decision to purchase the #300 from HomePro. Robert is a wonderful person. And was very helpful to me in eliminating my concerns about having a stair lift. I was shocked to learn that the installation could occur on Thursday (two days later).
At 9 AM Thursday, promptly as scheduled, Eugene arrived to do the installation. He is obviously an expert at installations. Within two hours, the installation was complete with no mess at all. Install was a very clean process. I am thrilled with my selection.
I highly recommend Robert House in Sales and Eugene in installation. Both are beyond excellent. I can now look forward to having my relatives and friends with limited mobility to visit. In this house I purchased last year, all 4 bedrooms and both full baths are upstairs. Thanks Home Pro.

My husband and I had a stairlift installed for my dad and I’m happy to say that I’m so glad we chose this company. Natalie came to our home and what a joy she was! She was personable, patient and knowledgeable. Then we had a young man by the name of Eugene to install the chair. He was absolutely wonderful and quick. I would say to anyone, if you’re looking for a stairlift, Homepro Mobility is the company to go with. Oh and the price was phenomenal. Thank you soooo much Homepro, Natalie and Eugene. Nikolay understood my concern about getting my house ready for my husband to return from rehabilitation. The installation was set up for the next day. At first I was uncomfortable walking around the chairlift but after almost a week, I am comfortable on the stairs again. My husband is home and can go around the safely. It is easy to operate.
