Mark Jorgensen was an exceptionally knowledgeable and talented salesman. The sale commenced with the excellent service from the young lady outside Atlanta.I was an historian for the Park Service in Atlanta. I should recall the name of the installer but since my medical emergency two weeks ago I am a little slow. You have an outstanding team. The trick wil be to keep them . Pay them what they are worth and a Christmas 🎅 bonus should be in their stocking!

Excellent experience. Patrick was here on time, very patient and informative. He sold us the stair lift which we probably would not have bought except for him. The installers, JR and Dave, were also here on schedule. They also were very informative in the operations of the chair and showed a lot of patience. Everyone was very courteous and friendly and as a result we would not hesitate doing business with HomePro Mobility again.

Tim and I were really excited when our chair life was recently installed. Natalie Teft came to our home and fully explained how the Home Pro Chair lift operated. My Ma will be 95 in May. She has health issues which we are very concerned about. One being her memory and balance. Natalie was very caring . On Tuesday of this week, Robert House came to my home for the second time to discuss the purchase and installation of a stair lift. He is not a pressure person at all, and he provided all the information I needed to make my final decision to purchase the #300 from HomePro. Robert is a wonderful person. And was very helpful to me in eliminating my concerns about having a stair lift. I was shocked to learn that the installation could occur on Thursday (two days later).
At 9 AM Thursday, promptly as scheduled, Eugene arrived to do the installation. He is obviously an expert at installations. Within two hours, the installation was complete with no mess at all. Install was a very clean process. I am thrilled with my selection.
I highly recommend Robert House in Sales and Eugene in installation. Both are beyond excellent. I can now look forward to having my relatives and friends with limited mobility to visit. In this house I purchased last year, all 4 bedrooms and both full baths are upstairs. Thanks Home Pro.

My husband and I had a stairlift installed for my dad and I’m happy to say that I’m so glad we chose this company. Natalie came to our home and what a joy she was! She was personable, patient and knowledgeable. Then we had a young man by the name of Eugene to install the chair. He was absolutely wonderful and quick.
