I just wanted to share my experience with HomePro Mobility. I couldnt walk up to my second level of my home the last 3 years! my grandkids go up to play and I would need to wait for them to come down to see them. Now I can interact with them again! The service technicians at Home Pro are excellent. Rogelio Johnson was the technician and he is the best. he explained the issue and promptly fixed the issue and also spent time educating us on the app and other related things. HomePro should hire more technicians like Rogelio. The new ones who install are not experienced and don't spend the time teaching home owners on how the system works. Reaching out to HomePro via builder is the fastest they respond. Reaching out directly starts with request for payment.

Update: Within a week of this review, our entire system went down. No one at HomePro will return our call including "Kendrick" in their response below.
Similar to others below— if you have a problem with your HomePro products, you get the absolute runaround. I was told a manager would call me back, that absolutely did not happen. I even dialed the number + extension listed in the responses here. That person is “unavailable.”
I paid for wireless contacts, 3 exterior cameras, and a doorbell camera. All of which are not functioning properly. The cameras only work in live mode and will not show me any history. Half the time, live doesn’t work either. It’s just a constant spinning wheel of death. Though this system and cameras are new, we have been customers for 4 years and have never experienced this.

Home pro was very thorough in the explanation of my security system. I also appreciated their dedication and attention to detail to make sure it was installed properly. The Technician Castro even made a point to leave and go get another flood light for our home when he realized the one he had on hand was faulty. He followed up with me to make sure I was all good, then when I had additional questions and needed a refresher on the system, he stopped by on his way home from a long day to assist me again.
