Update: One of the owners, Sam, gave me a call. He stated that Tom would be dealt with, and that they'd like to give me a better offer to the project. Their offer was generous but I went with another company. Sam was polite and professional and I appreciate his time and calling me. Although I didn't go with his company at this time, he offered a friend's and family discount on any future projects I might have. I'm updating the 1 star to 4 stars for this update.

My name is Richard Berry. I had this company come out to give me a quote for a full bathroom remodel. First guy was named Frank I believe, he was a great guy. Very respectul and chill. He tried to keep the pricing down by only putting a few things I wanted to be done in the quote, a standard tactic to keep their quote competitive. I was collecting quotes so didn't make a deal just yet. Kinda taking what each company gave me then compared. I think it was like 17800 to do the shower, floor and walls.

They then sent a guy named Tom Hill out to give a more competitive quote (most companies did this to gain the job). It started out great but you can tell he was getting frustrated. I think it was partly cause hes a salesman and their tactics dont work on me too well. I'd tell him what I wanted, he'd formulate a quote for something I didn't want, then I'd say no I want this and that. I was consistent with what i wanted to be done. He did the same thing Frank did, exclude things to keep the price down. Common tactic but I wanted to compare apples to apples so I made him include everything I wanted.

He kept going back and forth. Said phrases like "I give the costumer what they need, not always what they think they need." I had to tell him multiple times I was paying cash, he was dead set on me getting a loan. Brought it up multiple times. They also don't give a cash discount btw. Which is crazy, cause it usually is 3% off at most companies cause they pay fees if it's not cash. He was just totally dismissive of me and my wants throughout the process.

We FINALLY got a quote for what I wanted after an hour of talking, and then I said I like it and will consider it. And this guy said "well we've been out here twice, we aren't coming back unless we make a deal now." I was like "sorry, not making a deal yet, got to ask more questions to more companies." And he kept saying how he doesn't do price negotiation and that theyve been out twice. Guess the implocation was they have wasted enough time on me. He said the price is the price. Which is fine. But im new to remodeling and wanted to make an informed choice.

I kept it polite and said send me the quote at my email, I'm deciding friday. They never sent me the quote. He gave me his number to text him directly so he wouldnt have to come back down, messaged him multiple times to send me the quote. Never responded. So he basically wasted his time and my time. How would we sign a contract if he wasn't coming back out? I'm not sure.

Although Tom probably won't change his tune, I write this review to save others time. Getting quotes takes hours, so save yourself a few and avoid this company I guess. I spend 2+ hours with this company in my house. Time i wont see back or be compensated for. Very negative experience. I got 4 other quotes, and so far it's been positive with each other one.

Please do more research than I did before hiring this company. Multiple windows had to be redone. I had to clean the mess up (screws, glass shards, the workers trash-cigarettes). This company even had to replace and fix things unrelated to the window installation due to their employees damaging my home. They even had to pay for my couches to be cleaned due to the workers. This last incident where someone had to come fix a window (2nd visit after the initial installation less than 6 months ago) the owner Seth called me and stated he would personally call me after to address all the issues and he never called. The only reason anyone called is because I filled a report with the BBB.

Joe was very professional and explained every step of the process to me, also was very helpful and articulate in providing me with all of the procedures involved. He was also extremely charming and well mannered.

We were very pleased with our bath and shower installation, so when contacted for kitchen we knew this company would be a good choice. Josh made the process very easy, great financing options and we look forward to our new kitchen!

Josh did an awesome job making sure my every desire was met. I'm super excited and can't wait to see the end results!!!

Chris did an amazing job with explaining and making sure that we were comfortable with the process. He was honest with what will work and wouldn't. We are excited for our new bath!

Joe Pilon helped us in every manner and showed the difference between their products to others. He was very knowledgeable and look forward to seeing the finished product. He was even great with our dogs. Thank you Joe! Mr Charming 😊

Our sales person was amazing. Josh White was very thorough and informative. All of our questions were answered and the whole process was easy. We spoke with several companies and feel confident in our choice to go with Improveit.

The salesman was proud of the product and did a great deal of marketing and demonstration. The costs are significant but the product quality and efficient installation are the main reason for my 5 star rating. Any concerns are immediately addressed and the people with whom I interacted are top notch professionals with great interpersonal skills. I have four windows in a room that was chillier than the rest of the house, but is not at all now. I have a large window on order and anticipate the same quality product and installation and most importantly, increased efficiency and decreased heating and cooling costs!
