The job included opening up the kitchen and adding more cabinets. Kris Konstruction started about 3 weeks after i signed the contract. Installed within a few weeks. Only thing would have been nice to have a timeline of the project. Otherwise Cate was awesome! Answered all my questions. Also John my contractor was very knowledgeable and helpful. If you are looking for an affordable contracting company would recommend Kris and his team.

My experience with Kris Konstruction (handling two bathroom remodels) was, without exaggeration, the single worst contractor experience of my life. The company promised a simple process, but delivered five weeks of chaos, incompetence, and breathtaking deceit.

1. Communication Zero and Scheduling Mayhem
​The only way I could get someone to respond to me was to put in a new estimate request, pretending I was a new customer. This level of intentional inaccessibility is appalling.
​Worse, despite notifying them that the essential fixtures (vanities and toilets) would be late, they assured me we would hold the start date. That was a lie. The crew showed up on the original date anyway, forcing the project to start incomplete and leading to massive delays and re-work.

​2. Installation Failures and Hidden Costs
​The crew immediately installed the wrong bathtub and shower heads that I had selected. While they eventually compensated for this with a few hours off labor, it was just the first sign of poor coordination.
​The true shock came with the electrical work. We discussed the required wiring for the new toilets, and I was given a verbal estimate of $700–$800. The final invoice? $1,500. This bait-and-switch pricing is unacceptable and feels fraudulent.

​3. Destruction and Abandonment of Property
​The quality of work was non-existent.
​The Vanities/Fixtures: They claimed they could install all fixtures I purchased. I had to buy three different vanities, two different light fixtures, and two different medicine cabinets before they finally found items they were "able" to install. This wasted time, money, and is a ridiculous burden for a homeowner.
​Holes and Damage: The crew left three large, unpatched holes in my home for over a week. They eventually came back to patch them, but they still need to be painted. Furthermore, even though the bathroom walls did not need painting before the project started, the mess they made was so extensive that I have had to hire a separate painter to repaint both bathrooms entirely.

​4. Project Duration Disaster
​I was promised the entire project would take one week. We are now five weeks in, and the bathrooms are still not fully operational. I still have fixtures that are not hooked up.
​This company is not just disorganized; they are actively incompetent and financially exploitative. They cause damage, overcharge, and leave the customer to hire other professionals to finish (and fix) their work.Not to mention I now have to get my carpets cleaned because they did not put rugs down while working. Do not make the mistake of trusting them with your home. You will save yourself money and sanity by choosing a different contractor.

I am sorry but what you say is simply just not true in the slightest there has been NO COMMUNICATION I still do not know when the final walk through is. Even the crew has also told me that other customers complain about the communication and how things are being ran. I was never provided the measurements for anything before purchasing vanities toilets and light fixtures. The audacity to say you have been in constant communication with me is absolutely insane and delusional. Also I had to paint due to the damages that were done. I intentionally did not have paint done because it was not needed beforehand. It wasn't till after the damages were caused I then needed to hire a company to fix your mistakes because of the lack of communication and no one answering the phone which also why I had to hired someone else. But yes looking forward to the final walk through whenever that is.

Kris Konstruction and the sub contractors did a great job. There were some hiccups, that Jeremy caught. Those issues were resolved quickly and professionally. I finally have the kitchen I always wanted. All the people were professional and wanted to make sure we were happy with the work. Highly recommend this company

We are absolutely thrilled with our new master bathroom! Thank you for choosing us to be a part of the Baths for the Brave program!! From the initial consultation with Kris and his team to the final walk-through, Kris Konstruction was professional, communicative, and incredibly skilled. We were especially lucky to have (in my opinion) their best installer, Keith, assigned to our project.

Keith is a true craftsman and an asset to the company. His attention to detail was impeccable. He was meticulous, clean, and respectful of our home every single day. He kept us informed of his progress and was happy to answer all of our questions. It’s rare to find someone who takes such genuine pride in their work.

Kris Konstruction was wonderful to do business with! Every person that I dealt with was very professional and caring, as if it was their own kitchen that they were remodeling. I was leery about selecting a company advertising on Facebook, but I needed estimates so I figured what could it hurt. From meeting the salesperson through the completion of the job everyone I delt with in this company was so professional and kind. We had the original cabinets from 1964. It was time. Our contractor, Danny, was amazing. He did a beautiful job. We could not be happier. I’m glad I took a Facebook chance. Thanks to everyone at Kris Konstruction (and Classic Granite and Marble) for our new kitchen. Here are before and after pictures. AMAZING!!!

Kris Construction did an amazing job on my Kitchen, I am super happy.
The entire construction process, the team cleaned up every day, they were super sweet to my pups, and they kept me up to date on any and all Information, kudos to the entire team, each individual involved, was knowledgable and efficient in completing the process.
Even, when we had a small hiccup, Kris Construction immediately fixed to perfection.

Kris Konstruction renovated my bathroom and kitchen at the same time. I had a positive experience from the sales consultation with Eric and Brian to the final results. The office assistant Cate was wonderful in helping me understand next steps before the actual work took place. Tony and Bob worked on my kitchen and they were professional, helpful, and fun to work with. Efrain and Sender worked on my bathroom and they were also professional and informative. Friends and family told me to expect to be inconvenienced for 4-6 weeks, but that was far from my truth. The complete renovations only took 7 working days. The results of their work is beautiful and more than what I imagined. I love my new look.

I had such a wonderful experience with Kris Konstruction today! Todd took the time to walk me through every option for my kitchen renovation—different cabinet sizes, types, and configurations—while making sure everything would work within the specific layout of my kitchen. He was so friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

What stood out most was how he explained everything in detail and helped me visualize how the design would come together. I left feeling confident and excited knowing that the layout will work beautifully, and I can’t wait to see my dream kitchen come to life.

I highly recommend Kris Konstruction. I was very happy with the replacement of my roof.
Mike and the crew started from beginning to the end communicating with me step by step on what to expect. The roof looks beautiful and was stress free. Everything was done at a professional level. I thought it was going to be a long and stressful process dealing with a roofing problem but it was so easy and fast. They also made sure no mess was left behind for me to clean up. I noticed immediately other than how beautiful my roof looks with architectural shingles is my AC seems to be cooling my house better with the new roof.
