Once the material arrived, they scheduled the installation for the following week. It was a one-day setup, with professional customer service. Veronica F kept me informed throughout the process. Long Fence installers just put in a beautiful new railing/fence along our frontstairs to the front porch. The old fence was 30 years old and wobbly. The 2 person team arrived early and worked hard all day and left the area spotless. They removed the old fence and even hosed down the entire area. We are so pleased! We want to compliment the sales rep (George Hope), the Estimator, the finance person (Cornina) and the Residential Sales Manager (Vicky Williams) and last but not least, our two excellent installers (my apologies for not getting their names). They were all personable, efficient, and kept us informed at each stage. We highly recommend this company. Thank you.

Great job. I expected them to be the most expensive, but they were not. They met my timeliness for a small repair. Hands down, of 5 contractors I spoke with, they were the most knowledgeable and went the extra mile to get the parts of a vendor that got bought out. Save yourself the headache, and call these guys first.

The sales experience was great, and I felt excited about what I purchased. However, the waiting time was WAY longer than expected. I was told 4-6 weeks, and it was 3+ months! Worse, during this waiting period, it was really hard to get ahold of anyone for an update. Finally, when the fence was installed, the installer questioned whether we had the right materials and measurements, making for a stressful installation day. But indeed they were able to install the fence and it looks good. I would have preferred an immediate follow-up from customer service asking how it went and if I needed anything else. I did appreciate that after I complained about my experience, they gave me a discount on my final payment to make it right.

At 72, I needed railings for my steps. I also needed a new fence. I had an old rotted wood fence. I had a few companies submit quotes. Long was the only one that could do both projects. Quote was competitive. It was a difficult install trying to find access to the area. The crew found a solution and went to work. Both projects are beautiful. I could not be happier. Steps are easy to get up and my yard is now someplace I would go. Great experience.

They did two fences for me in Temple Hills, Maryland. The wood was fantastic. The workers were professional and fantastic. They got it all completed in one day. They were very professional. Only negative experience of the entire process is how long it took for my fence to get scheduled to get built. Took almost 8 weeks to get scheduled. But I guess it just goes with how fencing contracting works.

We used Long Fence more than 30 years ago to have wrought-iron gates installed at the start of our long driveway. So, when we needed 2 railings on our 5-step brick stairway to our patio, we called Long Fence again. This job was handled very well from start to finish. As someone who has a physical disability with needing railings on stairs, these new wrought-iron railings are very sturdy & secure. I'm so happy that I can get down & up these stairs to enjoy our patio.
