At 72, I needed railings for my steps. I also needed a new fence. I had an old rotted wood fence. I had a few companies submit quotes. Long was the only one that could do both projects. Quote was competitive. It was a difficult install trying to find access to the area. The crew found a solution and went to work. Both projects are beautiful. I could not be happier. Steps are easy to get up and my yard is now someplace I would go. Great experience.

They did two fences for me in Temple Hills, Maryland. The wood was fantastic. The workers were professional and fantastic. They got it all completed in one day. They were very professional. Only negative experience of the entire process is how long it took for my fence to get scheduled to get built. Took almost 8 weeks to get scheduled. But I guess it just goes with how fencing contracting works.

We used Long Fence more than 30 years ago to have wrought-iron gates installed at the start of our long driveway. So, when we needed 2 railings on our 5-step brick stairway to our patio, we called Long Fence again. This job was handled very well from start to finish. As someone who has a physical disability with needing railings on stairs, these new wrought-iron railings are very sturdy & secure. I'm so happy that I can get down & up these stairs to enjoy our patio.

Long Fence has repaired or replaced fences for us. Their prices are good and their customer service is excellent. They returned a couple of times to fine-tune their work (once after the warranty period expired). I recommend at least getting a quote from them.

I am well pleased with the service I received from Long Fence. The workers were courteous and professional. I had some boards replaced on my existing fence. Also the tear down of my old deck and installation of the new deck was done in a matter of a few days and they cleaned up the area and left no debris behind.

The original estimator was on time and very fast and thorough. He came back again to layout fence and sign contract. He was a great guy. The installers showed up 2hrs after I was told they would be here. I was told 9am and they showed up more like 11am. I did not get a call the night before nor anytime prior to their arrival. Their work was quick and efficient. I’m happy with the Chain link fence. They did scratch up the black coating pretty good in a lot of places. They tried spray painting over a few spots. It is what it is. They were considerably cheaper than all others. I guess you get what you pay for.

We had a very good experience with Long Fence when they took down an old fence in our backyard and installed a new one. They were fast, efficient, and we are very happy with the work. There was a minor miscommunication on the quote, and the sales manager called several times to make sure it was handled correctly. Also great follow up after service, with the foreman stopping by to make sure everything was fine. Highly recommend using this very professional organization.

Our fence chain link fence suffered tree damage and Paul B. came out to assess the damage. Paul had his team repair the fence and made some other corrections to support the line. Other fence companies said the whole line had to be replaced and the insurance company would not pay for replacement. Paul never tried to sell a new line or fence. In fact, he told us we did not need to replace the fence, because it us repairable.
