Thanks again. 8/12 Update after installation, you cannot believe the difference in just stepping in to take a shower, no nasty bathtub. Such a great improvement.
And again thank you.
Window locks have repeatedly broken and the screws are stripped out. The window won’t sit right and is crooked. You can see daylight around the edges of the window. Not looking forward to the winter months and the water damage we’ll likely have.
The bath won’t hold water because the drain plug won’t seal even though we have called them out to fix it.
Fortunately we have a lifetime warranty. If you go with Mad City expect them to be regular guests in your home, repeatedly coming out to repair their shoddy work.
