I cannot say enough great things about working with Marquis Roofing through our siding and roof project. Since the beginning, communication has been excellent and I feel really fortunate to have been able to work with Josh, a supervisor in the company. He would respond to late texts or calls (once even while he was enjoying some fishing!). He made sure I was up to date and informed throughout the entire project and addressed any additional things that came up.

The crews that worked both projects were exceptional too! The roof was completed in one day and immediately gave our home a whole new aesthetic. Siding started shortly after with Wilson and his crew working efficiently daily even on some of the 95+ days we had recently. They are clearly perfectionists and their efforts don’t go unnoticed in the work done. We couldn’t be happier and are so glad we chose to work with Marquis Roofing.

The crew from Marquis is awesome. James was great when he came to my home and quoted the roof replacement. He dropped off Samples and explained the whole process. The Office was pleasant and easy to work with for Scheduling. The Crew showed up on-time and got straight to work. They took care with my home and left absolutely no trace that they were even on-site doing work that day. I would highly recommend the Team at Marquis for their amazing and hard work.

Contacted Marquis the morning after ice dams started multiple leaks in my house. Not only did they get to my house that day, but did the work for a reasonable rate. In addition to working swiftly, they also explained places they chose not to take ice off of (as it likely would have caused more damage). After their work, I had no more water damage (still need to get the source of the ice damming resolved - but not their issue). No joke, they made it so I could sleep again the next night.

We recently contacted Marquis Roofing to help clear ice dams from our roof, and they responded very quickly. Their team was professional, efficient, and handled the situation with care. They showed up on time, explained what they were doing, and made sure everything was properly taken care of.

We really appreciated their prompt response, especially during winter when ice dams can become urgent. Overall, a smooth and positive experience. Highly recommend!

I had lots of snow and ice dams on my roof and was concerned I was going to have a leak. I called several companies and decided on Marquis. They came with a well-trained, professional and friendly crew, the proper equipment, and did a wonderful job shoveling my roof and breaking up the ice dams. They also cleaned up all the snow they took off the roof so it would not be in my way. I would hire them again in a minute. Their price was within the norm for the service.

I can’t say enough good things about Marquis Roofing. I called at 9:15 AM for ice dam removal and was told I’d be added to the schedule for the day, with the possibility it might roll over to tomorrow. To my surprise, their crew showed up the same day at 1:00 PM and had all the snow and ice dams completely removed within an hour.

Beyond the fast response, they took the time to assess my roof and offered honest, practical suggestions for repairs that should be addressed in the spring—no pressure, just straightforward advice. The entire process was smooth, professional, and transparent from start to finish.

I was extremely impressed with how quickly everything happened and with their honesty throughout. I would highly recommend Marquis Roofing and will absolutely call them again for future services.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Marquis Roofing to say the least. We scheduled them to remove ice dams from our roof, as we are facing urgent water damage due to the ongoing issue. Unfortunately, they never showed up on the scheduled day.

On that day, I called their office four times and left two messages, but I received no call back. This lack of communication was frustrating, especially given the pressing nature of the situation. Our home is now experiencing more water damage, and it's disheartening that we couldn't rely on their services when we needed them most.

I hoped for professionalism based off all the 5 star reviews on google. I can't recommend Marquis Roofing based on this experience.

Tom is a great guy and his teams work was incredible. They roofed our garage in metal roofing and our steeple in copper. I have used 3 other roofing companies before I met Tom. His work was higher quality, he was super-responsive and his bid was very fair versus others I received. I would highly recommend. We have an old home so his team worked with care to ensure all historic elements weee honored and protected.

Absolutely gold standard with service! From the initial contact 24 hours ago, strong communication and results.
After back to back storms, cold and rain we had a potential nightmare with damage to our home. I called Marquis and Anna guided us through the process and completion of the snow and ice on our roof.

Tom and his crew were awesome! After the last 2 storms, the snow was getting really heavy on my roof. They were able to come out the same day to get the job done. It was the 6th job of their day; so grateful they had fit me in! They were friendly, efficient, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend them!!
