Minnesota Rusco

Initially I gave MN Rusco a 5 start review. There's issues with the shower tiles, had someone come out and fix it but only after several phone calls. We've called someone to come fix it again because it looks bad and no response!

Initially the grout looked like cottage cheese and that's still happening just not as much. Tiles are crooked and the grout had strange divits in it. I've had other people look at it and for the price we paid it's but acceptable!

Please come fix the tile job.

We recently had two storm doors, an entryway door, a door going out to our attached garage, and a sliding door replaced and the entire process was amazing.

Our initial consultation was great - the gentleman we met with was super knowledgeable and helpful.He helped us choose the right products for our mid-century house.

The team's communication was excellent. They kept us updated on the timeline for our custom doors to be completed. We never felt out of the loop or confused about the process.

On the day of install - they sent a good sized team to tackle the entire job as efficiently as possible. It felt like a lot of people, but they were so pro - they operated like a well oiled machine. As with all house projects the beginning was stressful as we had three big holes in our house in the dead of winter. But they set those doors in place with such precision - I was really impressed. They tested and refined everything - each door fits like a glove. We used to have drafty doors and ice between our entry way and the storm doors. But not any more.

When they were done they cleaned everything up perfectly. And after they left we had these gorgeous new doors that looked like they were designed with the house. No mess. No issues.

We are very happy with our new doors. Grateful to this team for the super professional job and an overall excellent experience.

We just finished our partial bathroom remodel with MN Rusco. We replaced the tub, shower surround and flooring. Our installers, Doug and John did a fantastic job. They were very skilled,
knowledgeable, respectful of our home and professional. Both had strong attention to detail and kept the area clean while they worked. We are very happy with the installation.

On a side note, our tub had a flaw and instead of waiting 3 weeks for a replacement, we decided to have the manufacturer fix it. Rusco, promptly reached out to me and gave me an update. We're now waiting on the manufacturer.

We chose the luxury vinyl flooring, it looks beautiful, but I think I would have preferred tile flooring which is not offer through Rusco.

The whole experience from Salesman, to install went great. Rusco reached out to me monthly with updates on our remodel. Great communication which was much appreciated.

Scott and Tyler did an excellent job of installing replacement windows. They were thorough and professional. They showed us how the windows operated and how the
screens fit into place, and they satisfied every item on an installation checklist. Plus, they cleaned up so you would never aknow they had been there! The windows are beautiful and airtight. The cherry finish is truly lovely. They fit perfectly, allowing all original trim to remain. The exterior trim looks amazing as well. We had never heard of this brand of windows so we were really hoping they were as good as the salesman promised. We would recommend them now!

Master Bath Remodel - LOVE it! Sarah Hardin (sales) was fantastic to work with and Tom Buchta (lead the install team) did an outstanding job, his attention to detail was so appreciated. Highly recommend!

John completed our shower and tub project. I couldn't be happier with the project. He did an excellent job and it was completely quickly. Mike was also out working with John and they were both extremely respectful. They kept us updated along the way, asked us how to proceed if changes needed to be made. They always knocked, greeted us, kept things very clean.....I could go on and on, just hire them!

100% satisfied with Tyler and Scott with the installation of our 2 new windows They look great! They were polite, they took time to cover the floor space that they walked over. They cleaned up afterwards beautifully. They would have installed smoke alarms and CO 2 detectors but didn’t have them stocked as the thought they should have been. They will return in the future. We said they were fine with dropping them off and we could install. Again great job! We are very satisfied!! Windows are beautiful. !!!🤩

Did a wonderful job in under a day. Explained what he was doing as he went. Very friendly and timely. I am very pleased with the quality of both the contractors work and materials used. I will use both this contractor and MN Rusco again. A 5 star job that was a long time coming. So pleased I finally made the decision to go forward with this project.

Mario did an excellent job. Showed up within the service window timeframe. He was able to solve a challenging front door given our home is 100 years old. We love our new storm doors.

Great experience, done in just a few days. Lots of positive comments from my neighbors. Looks like I built a brand new garage. The new siding on the garage matches the house perfectly. Very happy 😊
