MobilityWorks

I needed some mobility equipment installed in my car so I contacted Mobility Works in Milford Mills Maryland. It was a pleasure to work with them. Everyone there was friendly and professional. Best decision I could have made to get the job done. From the first time I contacted them to driving away with the equipment installed, I received top-notch service. Anytime I had a question or concern, I received a quick response. It was a pleasure to do business with them.

Chris and Butters made this an enjoyable experience from start to finish, they kept in mind the needs of my son who has Duchenne Muscular dystrophy and needed an accessible van ASAP. They were patient while I made sure that funding was available. They both were on call, I feel like 24 hours to make sure that this deal was getting done. #KYRIESTRONG APPRECIATES ALL YOUR LONG HOURS AND EFFORTS TO GET US TO THE FINISH LINE. OUR HEARTS ARE FULL NOW THANK YOU SO MUCH.💚💚🫶🏽

This story is worth telling -

I got in touch with someone at Mobility Works Laurel. Can't remember any of their names but initial lady I chatted with back and forth for about a week, sort of disappeared due to family emergency or something. She had texted me the name of another sales rep I was supposed to get in touch with. Couldn't get hold of this guy for another week. So after two weeks of nothing I decided to just drive to Laurel to look at the van I really needed now.

Ironically, on my way to Laural, I made a stop at Windsor Mill location and to make this long story shorter, waked out with a van. Chris was my rep and helped me navigate though somewhat of a challenging buying process due to title needing to be in the business name in NY.

Chris, his manager Jon and the lady helping with title paperwork were all super helpful and RESPONSIVE. I was able to get a quick loaner as by now we really needed mobility van and ours was being prepared. Chris and Jon were very kind to bring both the loaner and the van we bought to our house. Very customer service oriented!

Can't say enough about them. I'm just glad I decided to stop by Mobility Works Windsor Mill.
"Same company", different locations AND what a big difference in experience.

Thanks Chris!

Chris was great the entire time we were looking for a new van. The new van is great. It drives smoother than the old one and it has everything we need to make sure my husband is safe and secure in his wheelchair. The entire team at the Windsor Mill location is friendly and helpful whenever I contact them.

Chris Garey at Mobility Works is a very trustworthy, honest person. He does everything in his power to help his customer and to make sure they are happy with their purchase. Chris went above and beyond to help my husband and I with purchasing a van he always responded to any emails or text messages And answer any phone calls with any questions that I had during this process if you’re looking to purchase a vehicle, Chris is the guy I promise you’ll be happy with the excellent customer service he provides

Chris Garey was incredible, knowledgeable and very friendly. He kept communication going with us every step of the way and was very customer friendly... Bryant was also incredibly helpful with all of our questions. The shop was very clean and easy to negotiate. Joe, who actually worked on our vehicle was amazing. He knew all of the needs of my wife and was very familiar to the needs of handicapped people. He went out of his way to make sure all components installed fit my wifes needs physically and mentally, almost like he was reading her mind. Joe, the installer, had an answer for every question we had and then some. This facility was perfect as our travel time was less then 1 hour. The work was completed when they promised. They took their time listening to us and made sure we understood how everything worked. We are truly grateful for all the work done and the expertise of these wonderful folks. Thank You Mobility Works,

I had an opportunity to bring a wheelchair equipped van from my church due to lift mechanism not operating properly.
Bryant, service manager, who greeted me was very polite & personable. He listened to problem I am having with the van.
After leaving the shop, he called a couple of hours later explaining what he found out with the van. He added that he has the part to fix the problem. Next day morning I was able to pick up the van. Joe, a tech, explained what he had done & showed me the lift operation which is now working smoothly. I couldn't be happier with these guys courtesy & professionalism. The repair bill was very reasonable. They have my business if our church vans need other services. Great job guys!
