This is a fake AI-made website. Do not purchase your solar system from these shady sales specialists! Modern Brokers of America is not a company you can trust. The website, phone number, email, customer service, and even sales representatives are all fake. They "sell" you a lot of empty promises, claiming the system will work exactly as shown in their demo video, at the agreed-upon price.
Once everything is installed, you realize the system does not work as promised by Modern Brokers of America. When you try to reach out, you find that the sales rep who came to your home is no longer with the company. Even the service installer, supposedly partnered with Modern Brokers of America, can’t get a reliable contact number for them. This isn’t the installer's fault, but rather an issue with the sales rep, who failed to include crucial equipment required for the system to operate as promised.
Modern Brokers of America is clearly focused solely on making a sale, prioritizing shady commissions over genuine customer service or product quality.

I was lied to blatantly by their sales member concerning my solar project. I was told very clearly that the Solar Tax Credit will allow me to pay off 30% of my loan to avoid a raise in its monthly bill. Come to find out that was a lie, that the credit is a deduction only and nothing more, I will NOT receive a larger refund for the solar project. These people have ghosted me entirely when I reached out to them and had to have all my issues resolved by the company they "brokered" for.

Great company to work for! Nefi Shannon is very driven and goal oriented. He is driven toward success of all his employees. This is a self-driven company. The harder you work the better you benefit. That does not leave you that mangers and co-workers alike are not there to help. Everyone is success driven and has always given a lending hand to anyone who needs help. You like working hard and actually getting paid for your efforts? MBA is that place. If you are looking for little work and high pay, this is not it. If you want to be promoted, paid well, succeed, put in the work and it is there for you! I would not want to be anywhere else.

MBA has been great for my sales process, they gave me options for my installers with Titan & Palmetto. Titan has been responsive if I ever have any questions about my panels. During the sales process Rudy and Asher were always responding to me. Great communication and happy installation. Had a problem and they connected me with my installer! How it should be handled thank you MBA!

I wanted to alert you to some concerning issues regarding my past employment at MBA. It's important for you to know that the company operates as a complete scam.

Even after one year since I left the company, a person whom I signed up for solar panels continues to contact me about missing batteries. This raises concerns about the company's customer support and service.

Moreover, despite signing up two individuals and providing ongoing support to my clients after leaving, I never received any compensation. This lack of payment, along with other questionable practices, led to my decision to leave the company.

Amazing customer service, the sales rep was able to come to my home the next day and it took about 2 hours singing me to the program where he explained to me the full process and the amount of money I was actually saving is insane!  Even after signing up my sales rep Rudy  kept in touch with me and he made sure everything perfect. The install was on the due date, very professional.

Very professional! the communication with my sales rep Rudy was excellent, he was available to answer my questions at any time. Great solar system, they job the job done on their due date and from start to finish they were excellent. He always kept me updated on every detail and status of install. I would definitely recommend them to anybody.

I would give them no stars if that were an option. These guys do not call back. They contracted with me a "whole home generator" and when the installers showed up 9 months later they explained to me it was not that, instead it was a smaller home generator only capable of running maybe 3 circuits. The installers even disclosed that this is a common issue, these companies say its a whole home generator when in reality it is not. I turned them away and thanked them for their honesty...thinking this would be fixes by just talking to MBA. Nope. They will dodge and weave any conversation now.i have not been able to get an answer from the president or my sales rep in over 4 months. Horrible scam!

The salesman showed up 20 minutes late to our appointment. He was friendly and extremely talkative, so much to the point that it was annoying. As much as he talked, he did not provide us with any information on his company and solar power options. Instead, he had a contract ready for us to sign. What kind of business is this??!! My husband spoke to a woman on the phone who set up the appointment. To our understanding, the appointment provided information on solar power, financial plans, etc. When my husband told the young salesman that we weren’t signing anything, he said we were wasting his time since he had to drive all the way from Austin. What a joke this company is! If you think we’re signing a $70,000 contract with you and we haven’t discussed anything, then you’re wrong! Bad business!

And, to make matters worse, we just finished an appointment with another solar power company from Austin, who provided us with all their information and did not expect us to sign anything.
