Able Roof did a great job. The crew started early and went straight to work. The crew leader checked in with me to see if I had any questions, which I appreciated. They removed the old shingles and installed the new roof all in one day.

They provided the most detailed estimate out of all the contractors I spoke with, which gave me a lot of confidence in the process. I really like the 25-year warranty, which no one else seemed to offer. Zach was great to work with—he clearly explained the estimate and the entire process.

I’ve worked as a safety professional in the construction industry for over 20 years, so I understand what appropriate work practices and job-site professionalism should look like. Based on my experience, Able Roof’s crew operated safely, efficiently, and professionally throughout the project.

I felt the price was fair, and they also offer 0% interest financing if needed. I didn’t need financing and am paying in full today.

Andrew Winters has provided exceptional timely and informative customer service to us. A tree fell on our house while we were out of town and our neighbor referred us to him. It started with Zack showing my wife and I renditions of our home with different looks. After choosing shingle and siding colors, we were scheduled installation. Roof,Siding and gutter installation went easy. Kristy and her crew were fantastic and professional. I know in the future Able Roofing will be my first choice and first recommendation to others.

I am so please to say how positive our experience with Able Roof has been. From sales representative help with colors, gutter size and display of what our project would look like. Who doesn't hear in a singing voice, " Call Able for your roof - 444-ROOF" . Am I right? PLEASE do yourself your biggest favor and call them as soon as you even THINK you want to explore your roofing needs. Ask for their senior sales representative, Andrew Winters, and you will be on your way to an amazing experience. Because that's what I have had ever since the first time I spoke to Andrew. I can honestly say that there was never a question or change, etc., that I wanted to discuss, that Andrew didn't return my call and/or had the appropriate job supervisor contact me within 24hours. SERVICE, SERVICE, SERVICE! As a single, female homeowner, I'm always on guard for skimpy service. But let me stress again, Andrew Winters and Able NEVER let me down or skimped on anything! A response was posted to these particular review, I was also contacted by Juliet from able. I was giving a list of questions to respond to which I gracefully did back on July 3, 2025.

I did not hear from Juliet or anyone from the able team. . I’m planning on sharing my experience with the Better Business Bureau as well.

Homeowners beware. This is hands-down, the most unreliable company I have ever worked with and unfortunately, I have worked with quite a bit of them. From the beginning, this company has done absolutely nothing to earn my business. Why they’re saying under the brochure is something you will never For example, the install windows to my basement, the destroy the window frame that was originally there so I have to ask to have somebody come in and review the situation before he can’t even be fixed Not only that, because of the poor work, I now have a basement that flooding with water, please see pictures they will take no ownership and they will do absolutely nothing to correct the situation. They installed a new roof, the job was poorly executed, so I have to actually get the issue escalated before anybody Able Roof can actually fix the problem. In other words, they do not check their work and unless a client complaints, be prepared to be a stuck with a defective product. I indicated in the picture they complain in a siding work that looks absolutely horrible When I talk to Abel about it and they say they simply don’t do any pain jobs However, the problem is not a painting job, Which is not something I’ve ever asked for, The problem is that They are little section of the house are very old that for what I’ve seen on other types of siding, it is taken care of by the siding company, however,
Able Roof does not care at all. The only thing they want is charge you an steep amount of money. I have spent close to $20,000 so I asked him not to finish the job. I will find somebody else now they wanna give me a fraction of what I paid for Claiming that now they had to charge a restocking fee or something along those lines. Horrible, horrible work in no ethical practices for sure.

The crew arrived early and worked all day. They also cleaned up everything afterward and I am extremely pleased. The roof looks great! Zach was very helpful in assisting on how the process works and answered all the questions I had, and even responded while he was taking family time with a new baby. I would highly recommend Able to anyone. Excellent customer service all around.

We had terrible storm damage to our roof. Able Roofing was able to come out the very next day and do an assessment of the damage and got an estimate to us by the end of the day. They also were able to get our roof tarped in the meantime to protect it from damage while we waited on insurance. They were very easy to work with and talked us through every step of the process. The crew came out and had our roof replaced within a day. The crew was very professional and did an excellent job installing the roof and cleaning everything up afterwards. Attach is a picture of the roof tarped and the other picture is of the brand new roof. 10/10 will reccomend to anyone who needs roof repairs.

We needed a roof replacement after storm damage. We filed a claim with State Farm and received a lot of pushback. Zach above and beyond to advocate for us, and finally got the job done. As the saying goes, “When you give a mouse a cookie, it’s going to want a glass of milk.” The project snowballed into new gutters, soffit, siding, and stone fascia. Able was easy to work with, communication was great, crews were on time and efficient. We couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome!
