I'll spare you the "i don't hardly ever write review" story ( it's true) although by even mentioning it, I guess I didn't spare you after all. We were looking to get our basement shower ( standard "cheap" 3 piece ) replaced. I looked at doing it myself, didn't like the looks of it, and started exploring other options. Mad City was one of the first places we looked - honestly, because their advertising was everywhere. Their service and execution was exemplary - I was initially a little concerned about handoffs -one visit from the salesman to get the basics and options we wanted - basic measurements and cost (I'll get back to cost later) one visit from the measurement and spec guy and a third visit from the actual installer. I cannot stress enough how simple this whole process was. I had some water damage to the drywall from the initial install and a few other quirky transition items that I was concerned about. The "full service" pledge - all permits (building permit and plumbing permit), disposal, alterations...all seemed too good to be true. We have had the shower for several months now - it gets used daily - and I do not have a singe issue with it - well, cost. I would have liked to paid less, but this is certainly a case of you get what you pay for. The only work I did was talk and sign paperwork. I am beyond pleased with the final product and everyone was fantastic to work with. My expectations, which were already high at the outset - were exceeded.

This was a positive experience. Caleb kept me informed of every step. He was professional, friendly and finished the job in a timely manner. My kitchen cabinets are a huge improvement and would recommend Mad City with no hesitation.

Had both my kitchen cabinets refaced and windows replaced. The quality of the windows are amazing and the install was very quick but they did a very good job. The cabinets look fantastic as well and work even better than before.

Install was really clean, asked about details for heights of shower head, bars, shelves, seat. Double life time guarantee is a strong incentive. Remove, plumbing, Install took over 12 hours + wait for inspector so 2 days, plus one day to dry.

From sales, to install, communication, and listening to our concerns about our plumbing and drain ( our house was built in 1903) we are extremely satisfied.
We also were able to obtain financing for 18 months interest free! The customer service was outstanding 👏!

Mad City completed 2 projects in our 1982 manor home. They replaced our old bathtub/shower and the walk-in shower, and our experience was fantastic. Derek was the installer and completed the demo and install for both projects in two days as they indicated. He did a great job and it looks fantastic: fixtures and the walls were cleaned, clean caulking lines, was very careful to not damage the walls while carrying materials in and out, and he did a great job cleaning up at the end of each day, Nathan was the plumber and removed the old piping and installed the new lines for both projects in about 2 1/2 hours, and the plumbing inspection went smoothly. The install manager Mike came by on both days to make sure things were going well and to answer any questions, and he checked in after the work was completed to make sure we were satisfied. It feels great showering in clean and beautiful showers. We will certainly recommend Mad City to people we know that are considering new showers and tubs.
