I joined the maintenance program when I bought my home last year, as the previous owner had been using them. I am so pleased with the service I've received and the knowledgeable people who have been to my home. Today Elijah came for scheduled service, he was very thorough and walked me through everything that he was doing, and even explained and signed me up for the new plumbing service. Top notch technician and nice person. I love dealing with your company.

We’ve had nothing but problems with this company. They installed our entire system incorrectly and had multiple technicians come out before ever even realizing their mistake. They cancelled a recent appointment day of. We now only have one technician we trust. This particular technician was supposed to come for our most recent appointment but they sent someone else. At this point we’ve given them so many chances and they just keep screwing up. Do not recommend.

I should also add they contacted me to try to make things right and promised they’d call today to get things scheduled/figured out, we haven’t heard a word from them. Can’t say I’m surprised at this point. Really regretting using them for our new system.

One more update to add…we had to call them since their service manager admitted he forgot to follow up after promising he’d reach out. What a joke. We had the requested tech scheduled to come out today and just got a call that he called off work today. You can’t make this up. This place is a mess and has terrible customer service. See their generic response to my review. They want me to reach out and try to fix their disastrous customer service? No thanks. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Exceptional work! Wonderful company! They did our heating and air conditioning system months ago! I cannot thank them enough for their quick service! Very professional, friendly employees! We will use them again for our plumbing or heat/air!

The Salesman was really nice & helpful, the installers did a really great job installing my new system, they put plastic down on the carpet and wore shoe protectors, they cleaned up really good. I will refer Schneller Knochelmann to others.

Max was such a nice guy and very thorough. He made sure I understood how my unit was currently performing, what I need to be on the lookout for in the future and made sure I had no other questions before he left. He was excellent.

Daniel and Caleb were amazing. It took them no time in completing the job, very professional. We also had the same love for dogs. I highly recommend this team, and Schneller Knochelmann Plumbing, Heating and Air.

Just wanted to let you know that one of the employees named David was kind enough to pull over and change a tire for two old ladies. Glad to meet this fine young man who works for you. He is a good will representative for Schneller Knochelmann!

I did not end up going with Schneller Knochelmann for my new furnace + A/C installation due to some factors outside of my control, but they were a joy to work with! Larry was super knowledgeable and provided a lot of information and thorough answers to my barrage of questions. Easy to communicate with throughout the whole process, went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed to make a decision, helped get me to a price that was within budget, and was very pleasant when I let him know that I would be going with a different installer. Even though I didn't go with them and can't say anything about the quality of their work installation-wise, I can say that their customer service was great and I would definitely consider them for any future needs!

I had a great experience with Schneller Knochelmann. We had leaking water pipes. I called Schneller Knochelmann and received prompt, courteous phone service, and the phone rep scheduled an appointment for the next morning. Dillon and Matt showed up promptly the next morning, quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem, and answered my questions. They were great and I won't hesitate to call them again when I have a plumbing issue.
