First off all, my hat is off to Jeff who was our sales rep and the installers who did an absolutely amazing job. I can't say enough positive things about them.
However, the project management was far less than I expected. I cannot count the number of times I emailed and texted the project manager and got no reply at all. Even if the response is "I don't know the answer but I'll look into" it, it is better than silence. Eventually I contacted Jeff and he graciously researched and was able to answer my questions. I had to do this on multiple occasions to get any information at all. And still the process was plagued with work being done that literally nobody had asked for or understood why it was being done or people coming out when I had zero knowledge of when or why until they were on their way.
Finally, after five months, I'm nearly ready to actually turn the thing on. I'm confident things will work correctly. So: five stars for sales and install; two for project management.

Our installation was activated 5 days ago and is working quite well. It took a little longer than expected but the job was done professionally and I'm happy with the outcome. There were 2 administrative items that were not done and is now being addressed by our project coordinator Noemi. Noesis has been very responsive and is looking into the issues. We are in the hottest part of the year and our APS usage is down but we are still using some power from them. I really won't know the overall performance for a few more months but so far so good.

Overall, this company provided great service....it was always delivered on the dates and times promised, however, I did experience delays toward the end of the service in the form of delayed paperwork and an unclear process for the company providing a service technician to do a formal review of the system at the end of the installation.
Attention: Bradley Chavez
However, at the end, a SHINING light appeared in the person of Mr. Alejandro Ferrel, a service tech, who came out to solve an installation issue with the battery connections to the panels. He resolved the issues with 2 separate service calls on the same day and he took the time to clearly explain the issues and to guide me through setting up the application for the internet. Alejandro was extremely courteous, patient, and respectful throughout our interactions. He is truly an asset to the company and his service was truly commendable.
Sincerely,
Valesca F Adams

I would highly recommend solar installation by OWE.
From beginning, middle, and completion of installation,
Eds (Edrelyn Fermante) was always on top of the processes. She coordinated getting the technicians in to install, kept me abreast on status, additional upgrades, and even dealing with my HOA complaint about painting the conduits.
Even after installation, Eds kept me informed of the next steps for the Tesla battery rebate.
I must mention that the inspector and installation technicians were professional and friendly.
I appreciate the no nonsense approach OWE (Our World Energy) applies. It has been effectively effortless on my part.
It has been good to communicate with a friendly human as compared to some AI personality.
Kudos to Eds for performing an excellent job!
Jay is the last project manager. He kept me informed and assured me that they will always be available, even when I intend to upgrade my wifi router. Kudos to him and his team!

We recently had our solar panels installed by this company and the experience was overall positive. Noemi helped us throughout the process and was incredibly helpful, making sure everything stayed on track.
The initial consultation and installation went smoothly without any major issues. The crew arrived on time, was professional, and completed the work cleanly. The system has been up and running for a short time now and seems to be working exactly as it should. Because the installation is so recent, it’s still too early to judge the long-term performance and determine if it will meet our economic goals. However, based on the customer service and installation quality so far, we are happy with the service we received.

I’ve waited a year before making this review to make sure my solar would actually be beneficial. Had the pleasure of doing business with OWE and the process went super smooth the install team was great and timely. And to say the least we are saving! Last bill was $-170

The Our World Energy team did a fantastic job. The sales rep was Kevin, project coordinator was Eds and the installation foreman was Jesus. The process was executed with a high degree of precision. We received a written confirmation after each milestone was completed. All our questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. We will definitely will recommend OWE to our friends and neighbors.

We started our solar project just over a year ago. Our journey was a very mixed experience. I left two stars only because of two components. First our sales representative Steve made us a promise that he would be with us through the whole process and he was. Always returning calls, texts and emails. (He gets 5 stars). Second, Our project to 8 months and was filled with frustration and disappointments this is the reason for the low rating. We had three different project managers I hoped when we requested a different one we would get one that knew our project and would be helpful, unfortunately that was not the case. To be fair most of the installers were polite and helpful when on site. This company would benefit from learning to put customers first and to communicate honestly with them. Our system is up and running and working well. I have to wonder how many additional hurdles we would have gone through if our sales representative Steve would not have intervened and made sure our concerns and issues got in front of the right people.

If anyone from Our World Energy (OWE), Omni Power, or the Palmetto / LightReach solar team comes to your door trying to sell you a solar system, send them away. I believed I had done enough research to avoid problems, but still ended up getting scammed.
The sole reason I agreed to the installation was because I was clearly promised that the battery storage would power my home overnight so I would not need to buy electricity from the utility at night.
Instead, the system was designed with an excessive number of panels that overproduce power during the day dumping excess energy out to the grid. At the same time, the system was installed with only a single battery that runs out after roughly an hour without sunlight during the summer. As a result, from sundown until around 9:00 AM, I still must purchase electricity from the utility — while also paying a high monthly solar lease.
The outcome is both a large lease payment and an ongoing electric bill, which is the exact opposite of what was represented during the sales process. This was either a con, or this team is extremely incompetent at engineering design. Either way, stay away for your own good.
The sales team was extremely pushy to rush the lease execution. After installation, my original contacts disappeared. Over the following nine months, customer service rotated me through 13 different “project managers,” none of whom resolved the issue. I was ultimately told the system could not be modified to provide the missing storage — even if I paid for it — which cannot be true.
In stark contrast to the sales, design, and leasing jokers, the OWE field crew that installed the system was very competent and professional.
