Our World Energy

I was very satisfied with Our World Energy. I had some rooms lose power and I couldn't find out on my own why. Our World Energy came out and very politely showed me how the system works and and where the circuit breakers were located. I was glad it was just a tripped breaker. It was nice of them to reeducate me about the solar system. They also complimented me on my trellis I built to protect my battery backup from the Arizona sun!

Working with Our World Energy, for installation regarding our Solar Panels went great. My representative that worked closely with me was Nathalie. She was friendly, and answered all my questions.

Our World Energy was a great company to work with. I had two systems installed and couldn’t be happier. The installation team does excellent work and customer service is first class. Mary kept me in the loop and up to date through the entire process and always quick to respond. I highly recommend the Tesla Powerwall 3, easy to monitor and change settings using the Tesla app.

I have been taken care of by Our World step by step! They have cared for me when I had several needs and they were well equipped and when they needed an unexpected part they bought it and quickly with great experience and expertise completed the jobs !! There was not one negative period through out the whole process even if it took hours or if they had to return another day to complete the job. Cherry has been my go to person and if I could keep her I definitely would. She has been wonderful even when I didn’t know if she was receiving my message she is the one responding and setting up an appointment or contacting just the person or team to resolve any issue !! I thank you all and especially Cherry!!

Absolutely great service from Karen Padasay! The service and installation went great. She was able to answer and questions and concerns. She stayed in communication during entire process and still communicates to us this day. Any issues that happened were mostly on our electric company. The team that put up the panels were professional and personable. Very much appreciate the great communication, professionalism and new set up. Would definitely recommend!!

Excellent service from beginning to end. Loren, the project manager, was consistently communicating with me and with their team to ensure everything was coming together properly. This communication was very helpful as I needed her for Tesla customer service. Loren is quick to respond and very friendly. She is always professional. Mason, the salesman is a highly ambitious veteran. He was honest and very good at determining exactly how much solar I need for my living situation and energy consumption. He even calculated my pool, which hadn't been built yet. This was very important because if he didn't think about the pool, I wouldn't have enough solar and would consequently have a large electric bill bc of the pool. If you are considering solar, I highly recommend meeting with Mason.

Our World Energy is an excellent provider, especially my Project coordinator Ellen. She has answered numerous questions and provided great support. Also the technicians (Fred, hope I have that right) educated me on some solar points I did not understand! Thanks to everyone at OWE. Great service and great results!!

Our World Energy Review
I was pretty much blown away by the steps involved in getting solar panels on my house. It involves a whole lot more than putting those gadgets on the roof. I could never have managed the approvals, signatures, inspections, and general bureaucracy on my own. I have talked to more than a few people at Our World energy, including sales reps, technicians, and support staff. No one has helped me more than Neomi. Not only has she juggled all the steps involved in making this happen, but she has kept me informed along the way. I feel I can sit back and watch it unfold without micromanaging the whole thing. I am comfortable and not stressed out. God bless the organizers!

Any issues I've had with my solar, Our World Energy quickly takes care of. This call, I spoke with Allan. He was courteous and created a ticket right away. Within a couple days the required part was at my home and the tech came and installed it. I received a call and email from Allan after the repair was completed to see how my system was doing. I'm in a business where customer relations is involved and it was great to deal with a representative like Allan that wants to make sure his customer is taken care of. Greatly appreciated!

My experience with Our World Energy has been fantastic. They have exceeded my expectations over and over again!

Zack the Design Manager answered my questions in extensive detail. I was very hands on due to my electrical background. No problem for Zack!

Jasper in Sales and General coordination was the same as Zack. Always picking up the phone at all times of the day even after hours, and working with me on all my concerns.

Maria in customer service, Agnes and Shannan in scheduling exceeded all my expectations. They’re polite helpful and again seem to respond to my texts and calls immediately.

How many companies always answer each call with your first name, clearly they added me their contact list.

Now that the project is approved by my electrical provider I’m ready for the big install can’t wait 😊
