Our World Energy

Our World Energy is an excellent provider, especially my Project coordinator Ellen. She has answered numerous questions and provided great support. Also the technicians (Fred, hope I have that right) educated me on some solar points I did not understand! Thanks to everyone at OWE. Great service and great results!!

Our World Energy Review
I was pretty much blown away by the steps involved in getting solar panels on my house. It involves a whole lot more than putting those gadgets on the roof. I could never have managed the approvals, signatures, inspections, and general bureaucracy on my own. I have talked to more than a few people at Our World energy, including sales reps, technicians, and support staff. No one has helped me more than Neomi. Not only has she juggled all the steps involved in making this happen, but she has kept me informed along the way. I feel I can sit back and watch it unfold without micromanaging the whole thing. I am comfortable and not stressed out. God bless the organizers!

Any issues I've had with my solar, Our World Energy quickly takes care of. This call, I spoke with Allan. He was courteous and created a ticket right away. Within a couple days the required part was at my home and the tech came and installed it. I received a call and email from Allan after the repair was completed to see how my system was doing. I'm in a business where customer relations is involved and it was great to deal with a representative like Allan that wants to make sure his customer is taken care of. Greatly appreciated!

My experience with Our World Energy has been fantastic. They have exceeded my expectations over and over again!

Zack the Design Manager answered my questions in extensive detail. I was very hands on due to my electrical background. No problem for Zack!

Jasper in Sales and General coordination was the same as Zack. Always picking up the phone at all times of the day even after hours, and working with me on all my concerns.

Maria in customer service, Agnes and Shannan in scheduling exceeded all my expectations. They’re polite helpful and again seem to respond to my texts and calls immediately.

How many companies always answer each call with your first name, clearly they added me their contact list.

Now that the project is approved by my electrical provider I’m ready for the big install can’t wait 😊

Cherry has been my go to person to help me under-stand hat has been happening ever since I decided to go solar. There is so much that I didn't understand and she helped me get through the papers I had to sign and explained everything that was happening as the different people came by to install their part of the project. She was very patient with me, she was friendly, and she knew what was going on and could help me understand. The process was made easier for me because she was so knowledgeable. I am going to miss our talks and want Our World Energy to know how much she helped me the last few months. Thank you for having such a kind person available to your company.

It certainly is worthy stepping out of your comfort zone and pulling the trigger to go solar. It has been a rewarding experience and the Project Manager Mark Anthony was accessible, returned all calls, and made this process seamless. Installers did an awesome job! Completely satisfied with workmanship of install—panels look great as well as all connecting hardware. Thank You Our Word Energy and Mark Anthony!

Antonio was the first person I encountered, who conducted the initial survey and he was as absolutely wonderful. Very friendly, courteous, kind and professional. He has my daddy's name so he must be a good man :). It took a while for things to get moving but eventually once thing got rolling, they continued to roll. Noemi, my sales consultant has been attentive and communicative throughout the entire process and continues to be now, even with the system fully installed and continues to monitor to ensure all is running smoothly and as planned. Even the communication between them and my utility company was pretty impressive. Despite the delays along the way, once the snags were identified, everything proceeded without a hitch. Great working with them.

Jane was the project manager and did an awesome job. My installation was a bit complicated as I have a new remodel home that needed an upgrade to 200 Amp breaker box. She had to coordinate Local Power company, City Inspectors, her installation crews, that worked very hard in hot weather on the roof. I’m now all up and running and so far very happy. Thanks to Jane and crew.

Hector and Salvador, did an excellent job trenching and setting up frame for batteries. They were polite and explained everything they were doing. Great job guys, we love our solar. Definitely recommend our world energy to all my friends and family

Luis was here today to dig the hole for box install in a couple days. He was extremely nice and explained what he was doing and why. He laid down a tarp to catch the dirt, covered the hole with wood and put up poles with caution tape. A fantastic job.
