We were very happy with the work Patrick and James did installing our new window. It was an extremely hot day and they stayed positive and friendly throughout. Cleaned up everything.

My fiancee scheduled an appointment for a quote for 3 windows and 2 doors. Time spent was over an hour, which included picking out hardware such as handles, door styles, etc. Was told to expect a quote tomorrow. The next day my fiancée received a call saying that they'd have to do the meeting again, since they wouldn't give her the quote unless we were both present, since I was at work. She stated numerous times that she was paying for the project. It didn't matter to them, and refused to divulge the quote unless they had a 2nd meeting. I'm unsure why I needed to be present, we are both legal owners of the property.

They said it was policy despite it being absent from their site, and wasn't expressed during the initial phone call or meeting. I don't understand the need to have the sales pitch expressed to me when it was my fiancee who was the descision maker of this project. A simple email or phone would've been sufficient if it was needed for me to sign off on the project. I'm unsure if they think a 2nd meeting would've yield better profit, or if they think a woman can't be expected to handle such financial/home decisions. It was very uncomfortable, and unwarranted. To hold a meeting, to take up so much time, promise a quote, knowing that the whole meeting was just lip service was very frustrating. In all of our years we've delt with businesses with home improvements, never has this been an issue for only one of us to be present. None of this was disclosed, and at no point during scheduling the meeting, and during the meeting itself, did they express the need for my presence. They didn't leave a business card, brochure or anything, knowing they never intended on doing business with her despite promising her a quote, and asking for her email address, knowing they wouldn't use it. I feel fairly certain that if I did the call and meeting, no one would've demanded repeating the sale pitch to my fiancee before giving me a quote.

Patrick and James did a great job. They were thorough, diligent, and extremely hard working. They took the time to explain the features on our windows and storm door. They did a great job cleaning up as well.

We recently purchased a new home and needed to replace a sliding door in our dining room leading out to the deck. The door and surrounding area were in pretty rough shape, but Pace made what felt like a complicated project feel easy from start to finish.

The team was knowledgeable, communicative, and great to work with throughout the process. Andy, who handled the install, was fantastic — even working through bad weather with a great attitude. True professional and highly skilled. He paid close attention to detail, and the finished doors look amazing and fit the style of our home perfectly.

The quality of the work and product was excellent, especially for the price. And the job was completed ahead of schedule - a rarity in any home improvement. We’re planning to replace another slider on the other side of the deck next and will definitely be using Pace again. Great experience all around! Happy to continue supporting this local gem.

Patrick James and Fred. Patrick did an excellent job. Supervising the crew here on our home. It came absolutely beautiful. The windows look so good the outside and inside everything is working good they went over everything with me with the new Windows. James and Fred worked all day they did such an excellent job they cleaned everything up after it was very polite very professional. I would recommend them definitely to anyone who’s thinking of getting window or door insulation. I am going to use them again for my doors.

Initially I was extremely impressed with the quality and installation of my windows. However, a second installation crew installed the windows on the rear of my home and that’s when the problems began. To say they left a mess would be an understatement! Wood chips, horrendous caulking job, torn screens and I even had cracked windows (2). Several screens needed to be replaced due to ripping however Luis refused to replace 3 of them after informing me its “normal” to have screens with ripples on them. I fixed it my self. Next is the issue with the locks on the windows, after spending over 25,000 on windows you would expect to be able to lock your investment, not the case!! Several windows will not lock. It’s been nearly 3 years and I’m still dealing with this issue!!! I called Pace 2 weeks ago and still have not received a call back yet!! I called a second time and still haven’t received a call!! Pace windows, how about standing behind your “life time warranty “ and fix this issues once and for all!!!
