The worst and most expensive company, unprofessional, unreliable and incompetent. I order a wider size tube, I waited 6 months because they said the tub was damage 3 times in a row and they end up bringing the same size I had before. The installer damaged the wood framing, he cut it without my consent, DON’T hire this company you will regret it

We’ve been waiting a long time to do our kitchen because we wanted something that would fit our home. We didn’t want a plain white kitchen. Payless sent Janie Patison out to see us and she asked us if we had anything in mind we really wanted in our kitchen and we told her we wanted to keep our shutters. We weren’t sure how to match our cabinets to our shutters. She had a cabinet design and color that worked perfectly with glass fronts on several of the doors so that we could put lights in to really make our cabinets sparkle. She went above and beyond to make us happy with the results.

Great experience with Payless so far. Sheila answered my call and set up an appointment with Akira. Sheila explained the appointment process clearly. Akira is incredibly knowledgeable and walked me through the shower installation sequence. Shared samples and photos. I didn't plan to go forward until I'd spoken with another company, but Akira really sold me on Payless and I'm excited to have a December appointment for the install! Will update after that.

Neil is polite and very attentive to my needs. Although he was not able to fully answer my questions as to the estimated amount of the kitchen remodel, he was able to explain why he can't give an amount until the Consultant come over to see the project. He also offer financing if there's a need and explain that there's no obligation to purchase. Overall, Neil has great customer service.
