Had two windows installed and didn't take long for the one person working on it. I was very much impressed by the work. Next project is a big door replacement. Looking forward to it!! Definitely recommend

My mother had her windows replaced by people's about 10 or 11 years ago. We have since bought the house after she passed. Two of the windows have minor fogging and after finding the contract I contacted the company and was answered back within 12 hours... I absolutely could not believe it. After speaking with Shakia she assured me that the windows were under warranty and after a few pictures she ordered the windows.. I have to be honest I called the company on a whim not sure if they were still around or would even talk to me after 10 years. Was super surprised and pleased when I was answered back quickly and assured that everything would be taken care of.. pretty unbelievable nowadays.. thank you to everyone at people's Home remodeling I'm glad we all chose you for this project....Update.. So Art one of the technicians came out and fixed our fogged up window.. he was on time.. friendly ..professional and answered all the questions I had ..he also took a minute to look at my other windows for any other issues .He was quick and efficient and just an all-around nice guy who you can tell knows his stuff and enjoys his job.. The windows look great. Thank you John for your responsiveness and being easy to communicate with.. and everybody at Peoples Products for a good job.!
