My entire experience, from beginning to end, with Peoples' Products was 5 stars. Bill, the salesman I dealt with was very informative and thorough in his presentation. John, the project manager was helpful in every way possible. He came out before the installation to meet with me and again on the day of the installation to examine the installers' work and confirm that I was satisfied with the installation. And the installers were gentlemen, thorough and professional in the installation from start to finish. This is a decision I am very pleased with.

The crew arrived 15 minutes early which appreciated. They were extremely courteous and protective of my home putting drop cloths from door to bathroom and very thorough in cleaning up. I didn't expect such a floor to ceiling cleaning, only negative for me was the language barrier and my inability to explain how the water circulator needed to be shut off, I called a neighbor who come over to show them as I am unable to manage stairs to basement. I am very satisfied with my walk-in shower and my experience with every member of People's Products.

People's Windows and Bath came and handled our tub and shower replacement last week. The guys were in and out in about 4 to 5 hours. The two techs they sent were knowledgeable and asked questions if they needed to know placements on certain things. We are very pleased with the outcome. We have a nice new clean tub for our baby to bathe. I have already recommended these services to other family and friends.
