Bath flip was a pleasure to work with. From the original salesperson, to the job coordinator, to the workman who actually did the job. They were all very professional. And the job came out spectacular.
We are very pleased with the outcome to say least. The materials used were top of the line and my wife is especially pleased with the retractable bench in the shower.
What I am most pleased with is how the job coordinator Aaron and Katrina kept everything running smoothly. And the high quality of the installation and materials used.

It started with the salesman, Andrew, who listened to all of our concerns and needs. Then trickled to the office staff calling to review the job and make adjustments that were needed. Aaron was very patient with me during the few days prior to installation and after. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The 2 men who came to do the work were very respectful and worked very hard. They were attentive to the details we needed followed for my husband’s accessibility needs. They worked nonstop from the time they arrived until they finished at 10pm.

We got our bathtub remodeled to a beautiful walk in shower. We also got a new toilet. The toilet is fantastic, looks great, and works great. The walk in shower is amazing! The safety bars are perfectly placed. The folding seat is ideal and incredibly helpful. The water pressure is excellent. The handheld shower head is a phenomenal addition. There is so much more space. It's absolutely perfect!
The only downside is we didn't have a shower to use for 6 and half days.

We had PIC Home Pros take out our tub and install a walk-in shower as well as 2 new toilets. The guys who did the work for us were very professional, friendly, and skilled. They arrived early in the morning and were ready to leave before 6:00 that evening. Their work was excellent, and when they left there was no sign they had been here other than the beautiful changes in the bathrooms. We are very happy with the results and highly recommend PIC Home Pros!

I recently bought a fixer upper home. The bathroom needed a ton of work. Thankfully PIC Home Pros/Bath Flip was able to remodel my whole bathroom from ugly and outdated to a modern and stunning bathroom that is more functional. The installers were super hard working and did not take any breaks. Everyone that I have spoken to from this company has been super helpful and friendly. We felt the meeting for consultation was very clear and informative. The process of getting it all done in one day went smoothly and the workers seemed professional. The only concern we noticed after installation was that we ordered the curved shower rod for more space inside the shower, but it was installed further into the shower than we expected, eliminating what would have been extra space. Overall we were pleased with the process and work.

Bath Flip was FANTASTIC! We got word that we needed to move my father in ASAP. We had two weeks to get our house ready and it included the immediate need for a walk in shower. I posted needing help and Anthony reach out within an hour of my inquiry(on a Sunday) he arrived the next day to do an assessment and provided a quote by 4pm SAME DAY! We were given a fair price and we were able to get our install scheduled the very next week. Jeff and Brian completed our install they were professional, dog friendly and kept us informed with each step. We had our new bathroom in less than 8 hours and it's BEAUTIFUL. They replaced the toilet, put in a walk-in shower and new flooring with baseboard. They also installed a new vanity that I purchased separately. Crew was very professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with. We were surprised that they covered our floor from the outside door into the bathroom to prevent dirtying up the kitchen floor and then swept up from the door to their work van when they were done. Fantastic job!
