I live in a 1940s cottage and for years heating my downstairs has been impossible. Yesterday I finally had my new windows installed and within 30 minutes all those cold years were over. I was even able to reduce the temperature from 73 degrees to 68 degrees. I love the attention to details that are built into the construct of the windows. ProEdge replaced my 8 large (and old) single pane sliders with handsome double insulated glass units. The new windows look excellent, fit perfectly, were installed quickly and very professionally. The energy savings will be significant. And, all 8 are covered by a lifetime warranty, which is transferable to the next owner. Takeaway? My porch got a terrific visual upgrade and increased usability- I’m a happy camper.

From start to finish my experience with ProEdge has been nothing but outstanding. The sale's representative, Patrick, explained the quality of the windows, the lifetime warranty, a family owned business and the windows are made in Rhode Island, USA. I am looking forward to a lower heating bill! The carpenter, Eric, took measurements for 8 windows on another day, placed the order, and the windows were here a few weeks sooner than expected. The 2 men and installation team installed all eight windows in one day. They were amazing. Very respectful and cleaned throughout the entire process. They treated my home with care, leaving everything spotless when the job was done. Everyone I have encountered who works for them has been friendly and professional, always there every step of the way to answer any questions and even check in after the work was done. Steven, the sales agent who came to our house to meet with us was polite, friendly and very thorough. He showed us all of the products and explained everything about the process.
