Public Service Solar did an excellent job. They handled everything from permits to survey and installation professionally and efficiently. Installation was on April 30th and as of today, the Electric Company net-metering is in effect. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

I had my solar panels installed by PSS in December after the company I originally selected filed for bankruptcy. It couldn’t have worked out better. I would and do recommend PSS to anyone. The process was so easy; they take care of everything. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional, do exceptional work, use high quality products, and leave your property looking like they were never there. I see solar installations everywhere and very few look as good as theirs. I also love the app and watching my production vs usage.

I recently had a solar installation done by Public Service Solar, and I must say, their service was exceptional. The entire process was handled with utmost professionalism and efficiency. Public Service Solar completed the installation remarkably quickly, yet they did not compromise on the thoroughness of their work. The team was knowledgeable, friendly, and dedicated to ensuring everything was done right. I am thrilled with my new solar system and would not hesitate to recommend Public Service Solar to anyone looking to go solar.

We have been very pleased with the entire experience. The salesperson we worked with was very knowledgeable and respectful. He was not at all pushy. The installation went smoothly - completed all in one day. The crew was very professional. It was a very cold and windy day, but they got the job done anyway. We are pleased with the appearance of the panels. The special edging finishes it off nicely. We have 32 panels and on a sunny day we generate at a rate of a little over 12 Kilowatts at this time of the year (February). I imagine that will go up when the sun strikes at a more favorable angle at other times of the year. I enjoy being able to monitor the performance of the system with the Enphase software which shows real-time performance by individual panel and for the entire array showing how much we are consuming, importing or exporting. It also shows how much carbon dioxide pollution is being mitigated. I would definitely refer Public Service Solar to my family and friends.

I (not so recently) worked with Public Service Solar to have solar panels installed on my roof and am finally getting around to reviewing them. After initially being approached by an installer who was installing panels on my neighbor's roof, I decided to do a ton of research and obtain multiple bids for the project. I ended up receiving seven total bids for the job. Six were from EnergySage (a site that I cannot recommend enough for any folks looking to do research and obtain multiple bids) and one was from the company that had installed panels at my neighbor's house for their Power Purchase Agreement.
I decided to go with Public Service Solar because they provided the overall best proposal. The company had a 26.11% lower cost over my initial bid and components that blew all the other proposals out of the water. Public Service Solar was able to arrange for the permits for my system and also worked with my state as well as electricity provider to correct some errors that cropped up along the way. The install was completed in a single day, and they sent someone out for assistance in showing the system off to the inspector when closing out the permits. They also had someone available to assist in setting the system up for NJ State's REC credits. Overall, Public Service Solar was awesome to work with and I'd greatly recommend them if you are considering installing solar panels for your house.

Had solar installed. Everything went as planned the installation went without a problem no damage to house and it looks great the process was painless. The township inspected it and passed with flying colors. We are very happy with the installation and the performance of the panels which can be seen on my smart phone

The installation guys at public service solar did a great job at installing my solar system! With this team of guys it only took 4 hours from start to finish to install my solar system. They were all very courteous and answered all my questions. So far I am very satisfied with the electric it is producing. I just need Met-Ed (my electric company) to come out and put my new meter in so I can start earning electric credit.
One year update:
These Solar panels were the best investment I ever made!
My average electric bill before my Solar Panel install was on average around $300.00 a month.
My first bill after installing these Solar panels was only $52.00 and EVERY BILL after the first month has been $0.00 , that is CORRECT A BIG FAT $0.00 a month for over a year now!!
I pulled money out of my Equity fund to pay these Solar Panels off very early.
But the money I am saving with no electric bill is more money than I would have made off of the money I took out of my Equity fund to pay the panels off.
Plus on top of the none existing electric bill I no longer have , I accumulate SREC certificates, and these are sold for me, on average I receive anywhere for $50.00 to $90.00 a month deposited directly to my bank saving account.
I highly recommend to anyone thinking about getting Solar Panel installed, BUY THEM, DO NOT LEASE OR RENT THEM!
When you buy/own the panels there are many many more advantage to owning your Solar Panels then leasing/renting them. ( tax advantage, no electric bills, and modest income from SREC certificates)
Anyone interested in buying Solar Panels I would recommend speaking to someone at Public Service Solar, they will give you very honest answers to your questions.

Very happy with the system. It works great and looks great. The value is top notch - top tier equipment for a very reasonable price. System was installed and on in less than a week after power company approval. Public Service Solar stayed on top of the power company who delayed installation by 4 months and then took another 5 post installation to change equipment to support net metering and approve interconnection.
The only way this process could have been better is if Public Service Solar was a bit more proactive in communicating during the power company's delays. A quick "hey, talked to the power company yesterday, they are still reviewing" every couple of weeks would have been very reassuring.
