I'm an engineer with seriously high standards for quality, and I can't recommend Public Service Solar enough for our roof replacement and solar install. Seriously, they were professional, totally competent, and completely focused on making us happy. If there was a tiny hiccup, they owned it instantly and fixed it flawlessly. What really set them apart was their integrity and smart, technically sound approach. Right off the bat, they were honest enough to say we weren't a good fit because of shade—unlike other companies who just wanted to push huge, pointless systems. The whole team was awesome and super coordinated: Mark (Sales), Jessica (Project Manager) with her amazing communication, Eddy (Roofer) doing top-notch work, Mike (Engineering), and Tony (the Owner) who was always involved and easy to reach. The final setup was technically perfect, totally up to code, used great components, and was a fair price. The support after the installation is honestly unmatched. After we got a generator installed by a third party, Mike actually sent a technician out at no charge just to inspect the solar wiring, even though they're located pretty far from us. That's next-level service.

The entire Public Service team guided me every step of the way. Each member was incredibly helpful, answered all of my questions, and kept me informed throughout the whole process. I truly appreciated their support.

I would recommend Public Service Solar to anyone looking for a solar roof. It was a good experience from start to finish. During the planning phase they answered all of my questions. The work was very professional. Also compared to other installs that I have seen while driving around mine was very Clean looking, not a lot of conduit running all over. and when they were done it was like they were never here, no mess whatsoever!

First of all, Public Service Solar provided one of best proposals in the bunch. I was impressed by their choice of materials including 420 KW Panasonic panels and Iron Ridge roof mounting hardware, recognized as among the best in the industry. Last thing you want is leaks! This is clearly a top notch professional outfit. They provided an app to keep you informed on the progress of the project and later for monitoring your solar panel output. I’m waiting to see how the latter functions. The installers did an excellent job. It was evident these guys knew what they were doing. Very efficient. I particularly like the concealed electrical connections between panels on adjacent roof sections and the critter guards which provides a cleaner finished look. Those metal pipes can be quite unsightly on top of your house. Anyway, I’m glad I selected PPS .

From start to finish, working with everyone from Public Service Solar was great. We decided to take the solar plunge for a variety of reasons and we are so pleased we chose Public. Tony explained everything about the process thoroughly, everyone we worked with was super friendly and nice. Small PECO bill and we've shrunk our carbon footprint, wins all around!

I decided to finally pursue solar because our bills were getting insane. I did quite a bit of research on the equipment, the companies, and the warranties. I was definitely happy with the particular equipment Public Service Solar offered as well as the warranty. The company also has a very good reputation and good reviews.

The whole process with them was excellent. I was very impressed with Mark and his communication with me throughout the whole process. He was very thorough with explaining everything and he was also very kind and polite to us! I really appreciate that! Never once did i feel pressured. The initial process was very thorough and I could tell that the gentleman doing the initial inspection was way more thorough than other companies and was definitely a tradesman or atleast knowledgeable of the trade. Most of the other companies people didn't understand electricity at all and had very limited knowledge of the equipment surprisingly. That was definitely a selling point for me.

The installation was very neat and the crew did a great job. Joe the foreman was a very nice guy and is obviously meticulous with his crews work, which is also very important to me! The turn around time for the process was definitely quick and the price was very competitive. Other companies may be cheaper, but you get what you pay for. Public Service Solar wasn't the priciest company either, good middle ground from all my estimates. My gut feeling by the way they conduct business is they'll be here to stay.
