Renewal by Andersen

Very good experience with Renew by Andersen. We wanted to change the windows at our house and we ended up picking Renew by Andersen for the job. The product looks really good and it is not the cheapest for a reason. Overall the experience was very good. We had to delay the install because they had a delay in production. The bad weather pushed the work for a good month. We have been lucky to install the windows right before the last snow storm and we could feel the difference in terms of temperature change and sound reduction. Very happy about that and the windows look really nice. We love the fact that we can now easily clean them. The install team was very good: 11 windows in 1 day and they have been careful to meet our needs.

Only 2 reasons why the overall experience was not great but just very good is:
1. The sales process uses movies and shows construction methods that I didn’t see done at my place. The videos showed teams using some form of plastic wraps for isolation. At my place I only saw the team using a foam. Not a problem, but not was I was expecting and considering the price, I was expecting something I finally don’t feel I got.
2. The delay caused by Renew by Andersen caused us to have to wait for all the winter storms to end. At the same time I started paying a part of the work immediately, so not the best experience, but it was still very good. I appreciate the option to buy with 2 years 0% although the financial product is not the simplest to understand.

We had an excellent experience with Renewal by Andersen. The team that installed all of the windows in our home and our patio door was outstanding from start to finish. They were professional, punctual, and extremely efficient in the way they worked.

They treated our home with great care covering the floors and furniture and making sure everything was protected throughout the installation process. It was clear they took pride in their work and respected our space.

The entire process was smooth, and the quality of the installation really shows. I highly recommend Renewal by Andersen to anyone considering new windows or doors.

Ron & Lenny arrived as scheduled and explained the installation process. They put down protective plastic in all work areas and completed the installation of 4 windows without any issues. They removed all of the old windows and debris. They explained the use and operation of the windows. The new windows are great and I highly recommend them. Also, I would ask for Ron & Lenny for future window replacements as they did a great job.

Excellent customer service from the consultation to the installation. The consultant came by and discussed the options and was able to book measurements within a couple of days. Once the windows were ready, the installation crew came by and was able to reinstall eight windows efficiently. I am very pleased with the outcome and can already feel the difference in the house!

They did a fantastic job from removing my old bay window that was leaking cold air into the house and then replacing it with a sliding window set that really fits my dining room. The installation crew were very nice, the installation was done in a reasonable amount of time, and they took everything with them when they were done. An all around five star job.

Had a bay window installed and Miguel and his crew were professional and fast. They walked me through what I was getting (to confirm) and walked me through each process from start to finish. They cleaned up (just a few small wood fragments in my grass but not a big deal) and took my old bay window away.

Window looks amazing. Great service all around.

Everything about this experience was great from beginning to end. Besides the quality of the windows, the care and pride by the installers was exceptional. Our home looks great and the temperature in the house feels better already. Well worth the money!

The team of workers came in and introduced themselves.Then proceeded to work systematically to get the job completed in one day replacing 2 patio sliding doors and 1 window. At the end there was no mess for me to clean up. They cleaned up and discarded all of the waste. Job well done!

We had many issues with our front door and needed a new one. Our replacement door is beautiful and that was as expected, but what blew us away was the quality of the work done to replace our door. Our team was so skilled and professional, it made all the difference. Did I mention they were also very polite and neat?

The two installers arrived exactly on time. They were so incredibly pleasant and so careful with the interior and the exterior of our home. Every rug was covered every piece of furniture covered. These two men worked so hard and with such precision and such care. I honestly think this is the very first time I can say that The money spent was worth every penny.
