Renewal by Andersen of Alaska

Woo Hoo!!! Coming soon…12 new windows and a sliding door. I’ve never felt more supported and educated in a home improvement process than I have by choosing Renewal by Anderson. From working with Design Consultant, Amanda Harrington, Install Project Manager, Jake Fraser with team; Mike Gorman and Chris, this highly professional crew were patient with my questions. Their integrity in providing a high standard of service and product choices was greatly appreciated. Thank you!!!!!

I’ve never been most excited and pleased with a home improvement project as I have with the install of our new windows and sliding door. Thank you kindly to the exceptional installation crew: Matt, Brandon, Shawn, Vernon & Bob. A highly skilled team of professionals. Thank you for sharing and explaining processes before/during/after.

Jake Fraser was wonderful. He was on time, knew his stuff and very kind and funny. He explained everything he was doing and why he needed specific measurements. He also went over the plans again so we knew exactly what we were getting. So far, we are very impressed with all of the staff at Renewal my Anderson’s! I highly recommend them.

So glad we found Renewal by Anderson to help us getting a new door and windows installed. The team
were so polite and they communicated with us throughout the process.

From the start with the person that came out and did the measurement and helped us choose the windows(Andrew) they send out a second guy to do a follow up measurements and confirm everything. (Adam)

Installers (Kal) called before they came explained what they were going to do started work right away, enclosed the front with plastic and put heat in while they removed the window, we had them build it up I did have to do some mudding and taping because of the build up but minor! All our windows were triple pane! The window slide can be taken out and screens come out from the inside so no climbing ladders! Real happy with them!
I hear people say they are expensive but the warranty are great, so I will probably go with Anderson with all my new windows and doors!

Kal and his team are the best. Very knowledgeable and professional. I can’t wait for them to come back and do more. We had one large window replaced and both front and back doors replaced.

The people that worked with me were very positive, patient snd willing to answered questions. Zach and Dan were particularly willing and able to answer all my questions about the work. They were focused and left the work areas very clean.

This is the second time Rick Kanagie has come out to my home, and the second time I’ve used Renewal by Andersen to finish replacing our doors. Once again, an excellent experience!
Rick is incredibly approachable and professional. He handled everything with ease… including my dog barking at him and then immediately showering him with kisses. 😅 He was patient, friendly, and completely unfazed.
What I really appreciated was how thoroughly he explained everything from start to finish, what to expect, timelines for ordering, and how long installation would take. He went into detailed explanations (going completely over my head because I am not Bob Villa and I have no Martha Stewart skills whatsoever 😄), but he made sure I understood the important parts and that I felt comfortable with the process.
I know some people say Renewal by Andersen is on the pricier side, but you truly get what you pay for!!! The warranty is strong, the quality is excellent, and every single person from this company who has come into my home has been professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. And let’s be honest… I’m not fixing doors myself.

From the initial contact, to pre install, to the completed installation, the process was smooth. The reps and installers were professional. Our project rep. was helpful at keeping us up to date throughout the project, even up to the day of the installation. The installers were clean and professional leaving the work site cleanly swept.

Our patio door looks and works amazing. We highly recommend that you choose Renewal by Anderson for your next windows and doors for you home.

Very efficient and professional installation of 2 windows in Kenai by Zach and Dan. Quality of materials and work is second to none. I will definitely be using them again for future window replacements.
