Renewal by Andersen Window Replacement of South Louisiana

We needed to replace one rotting wood window in our dining room. We’re in an older house and were worried we would have to replace all the windows to make sure the look was consistent. JP came to look at it and we were able to only replace the one because they had a window style that very closely matched the paned older look of our other windows. The window install process was very fast and straightforward. We’ve now had the new window for a month and overall we are very happy with the result. We plan on using RBA to replace another older window in a different room later this year.

The follow up team of Niko and Cody were amazing, because they solved my blind issue that I do not know what I would have done to get the 30 year old blinds to match a new one! 10/10 would be their appropriate score, in my book… thank you!

Brendan, Service Manager, and Tristiney, Design Consultant were both very professional and knowledgeable regarding the window installation. They explained in detail and demonstrated the mechanics of the window and eased the concerns we had with the replacement process. They were correct, as the install was seamless. Brendan also came to our home during the installation to check on the progress which was a plus.
Those who installed, Felipe and Janus, were very professional, courteous and worked non-stop until job was complete. They did an excellent job.
