Revelare Kitchens

The salesman/designer was outstanding. Spent a lot of time answering so many of our questions. He had great suggestions and ideas to share.
The man came to measure a few days later and he was very informative and very pleasant to work with.
The installation date was just what they said it would be, no delays.
Our installer, Dave, was outstanding!!! Very polite and also patient with our questions. He was so meticulous with everything he did. He came on time every day and was so focused through the day with all that he wanted to accomplish. At the end of the day, he always cleaned up everything and never left a mess anywhere, and actually while working, he always made sure there was nothing messy or in the way.
The office staff were also so helpful and friendly. They made sure to call before the installer arrived for day 1 to see if there were any questions before the work began.
Upon completion of our kitchen we were once again contacted by the office staff to see how satisfied we were.
Our Kichen came out better than I could have dreamed!!! I am so impressed with how we were treated, the product they delivered is just what they said it would be, and the way they communicated throughout the whole process was truly amazing. There are not many company’s that give you just what they said they would.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do their kitchen. From start to finish they were excellent to work with.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience with Revelare Kitchens.

To be fair, the quality of the installation and the workmanship were good. The installers did a nice job, and I have no complaints about the finished product itself.

Unfortunately, everything that happened outside of the installation was extremely disappointing.

During the sales process, we were promised several cabinet pull-outs as part of our kitchen design. After the installation was complete, I discovered that not all of the promised pull-outs had been installed.

I contacted Revelare Kitchens multiple times and spoke with several customer service representatives and project managers. More than one person acknowledged that the missing pull-outs should have been included and assured me they would be replaced. Based on those conversations, I believed the company intended to make things right.

Instead, nothing happened.

After weeks of following up, my calls became increasingly difficult to get returned, and eventually it felt like the company simply stopped responding altogether. Once they had been paid, customer service seemed to disappear.

What makes this so frustrating is that this wasn't a dispute over something unreasonable. I was simply asking Revelare Kitchens to provide the items their own salesperson promised and that their own employees agreed were missing.

A kitchen remodel is a significant investment, and customers deserve a company that stands behind its commitments after the installation is complete. Good workmanship is important, but so are honesty, communication, and follow-through. Unfortunately, those are the areas where Revelare Kitchens fell well short.

If you're considering using Revelare Kitchens, I would encourage you to get every promise in writing, verify every item before installation, and don't assume verbal commitments will be honored after the sale.

While I'm pleased with the quality of the installation, I'm extremely disappointed with the company's customer service and unwillingness to fulfill what was promised. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Revelare Kitchens.

My kitchen cabinets look amazing! From start to finish- the entire team was friendly, respectful, professional. Made sure my house was clean and organized at the end of each work day. We are so pleased with the finished job. Shout outs to Kelma in sales, Joe working around my scheduling issues and the Installers- Junior and Bri !!

We had a large kitchen refacing project completed last fall, totaling approximately $35,000. Throughout the project, we were very happy with the team we worked with and initially very pleased with the finished product.
About a month after completion, however, we noticed screws beginning to come through in a couple of areas where they clearly should not be visible and they are sharp! We contacted customer service in October 2025 and initially received a quick response. Since then, despite numerous emails and multiple people being added to the email thread over the course of several months, no one has come out to address the issue.
The most frustrating part is that the only time communication seemed to pick back up was after I mentioned leaving an online review. At that point, another person was added to the thread and informed me that supplies had been ordered for the repair. That was back in March, and we still have not had anyone come out to fix the issue.
While the repair itself may be relatively minor, the lack of follow-through has been extremely disappointing given the size of the investment we made. What is most concerning is not the defect itself, but the inability to get warranty or service work completed after the sale.
At this point, I’m leaving this review in hopes that it finally results in some movement toward resolving the issue. It’s upsetting that such a simple repair has gone unresolved for this long, and it raises serious concerns about what “lifetime warranty” support actually looks like in practice.

We had a great experience with Revalere. We met with our Designer, Dara Gonzolez. Using AI, we were truly able to envision how our ideas would look as a finished product. The office staff returned our calls promptly and were courteous. Six weeks after signing, Wes and his crew put our cabinets together in one day. They were a well-oiled machine and they worked very diligently. We are so happy with our resurfaced cabinets!

We had a good experience with our cabinet refacing. The refacing was well done and we had a cabinet and large drawers installed as well. Our kitchen is very large with over 25 cabinets and drawers combined it took 2 weeks to complete. We discovered a significant issue after the hinges and doors were installed and reached out to Revelare and they responded right away, sending someone out within a few weeks time. To be clear, we believe the holes were not pre drilled for the screws and left cracks in the wood. The problem was remedied. In all fairness to the installer, I believe he did a great job overall but was pressured in the end to get the job done which lead to taking short cuts installing the hinges and doors. Overall, we are so happy with the results and look of our kitchen.

Right from the beginning, the company representatives were very professional. There was no pressure. The installers were very respectful of my house. They were courteous and keep us informed of their progress. My kitchen was transformed. It looks clean and open now.The quartz countertops were purchased through Home Depot and installed by Easter Surfaces. The countertops are gorgeous. Just waiting to get the backsplash installed. I would definitely recommend Revalare to family and friends. One of the best features is the lifetime warranty. Thank you to all that made this happen. See the before and after pictures.

Just had my kitchen redone and I am beyond satisfied. Frank C. did an amazing job. He was very professional and courteous. At the end of the day, he cleaned up so well, you wouldn’t even have known he was there. I highly recommend this company. I am extremely pleased.

We had the pleasure of meeting with Jacob August, our local Kitchen Designer with Revelare, to discuss options for replacing or refurbishing our kitchen cabinets. He was able to accommodate our work schedules, arrived just enough early of on time, is well groomed, well spoken and well prepared. Jacob is extremely knowledgeable about his business, products and options, and didn't try to sell us on the most expensive option. It was very easy to work through our vision with Jacob August! I was really excited when he used AI to re-imagine our kitchen with the colors and products we selected (photo posted is AI, not actual rendering of completed project). We feel confident that we have all the information we need to make the right decision for our future kitchen project, and look forward to working with Jacob and his team soon. Do not waste your time. We scheduled a consultation and they did not show up. Against my better judgment I scheduled another appointment and they called 15 minutes before to cancel. They are unprofessional and disrespectful.
