I hired them to fix a leak and remove a swamp cooler. They miss diagnosed the leak. They now want more money to come and fix the actual leak after I found the actual leak. I took me weeks of calling just to get them out originally. They left a mess i had to clean up. I had to move their trailers off my yard so they weren't there all weekend. I still have a leak and have paid over 6000 dollars. Don't use these unprofessional hacks. Tried contacting chris was told a new contract was needed. they want more money to fix what they missed. Thanks for the great customer service.

I’m writing this because my wife has been trying for weeks to get help from someone at RoofTek and keeps getting ignored or blocked from reaching a manager or owner. I’ve watched her spend days off work trying to handle things that should’ve been handled by their project manager, and it’s been nothing but frustration from start to finish.
Dumpsters and materials didn’t show up when promised. Our garage door was dented. They screwed our soffit shut without asking, which ended up trapping bats inside (a federal issue, by the way). They even started tearing off the shed roof after my wife clearly told them not to touch it. Thankfully, she caught it in time.
Then came the invoices — every one different from the last, with no consistency or clear explanation. We mailed a check trying to do the right thing, and before the insurance check even cleared, RoofTek filed a lien on our home. The amount shown on their website doesn’t even match what we were billed. It’s been a complete nightmare.
The only good part of this experience was the actual roofing crew. Those guys were kind, respectful, and worked hard in the heat. My wife even brought them water and snacks because they deserved it. The problem isn’t the workers — it’s the total lack of accountability, communication, and follow-through from management.
We just want this resolved and to move on. It shouldn’t be this hard to get answers or basic respect after paying for a major home project.
Part 2:
Just when we thought it couldn’t get worse, my wife finally got a call from someone claiming to be a co-owner. At first, things seemed fine — finally someone listening — until another man suddenly jumped on the line, got angry for no reason, and threatened to put our house into foreclosure. Absolutely unbelievable.
We were lucky the dash cam in our car caught the conversation, so there’s no denying what was said. The level of unprofessionalism and intimidation is beyond words. Via payments. We have documented that she is trying to make the payment as the RoofTek team are trying to over charge. My wife has asked for an itemized invoice. We look forward to moving past this. If anyone is wanting to speak with us. Please click my profile and I can share proof. Thanks!

I highly recommend Rooftek. They were competitively priced, quality installation and name brand products. The scheduling was a little concerning but they met our deadline and sent Chris and the A team and had the whole project done in 6 hours. We love the color and the finished product.

Chris was very professional and easy to work with. His crew started bright and early and had the whole roof finished before noon. We will gladly recommend Rooftek to friends and family going forward.

Replaced in one day! Roofers were very professional and the cleanup well done. Roof looks great and I like the ridge vent they used. They even put flashing in that the original builders ignored. Project management was done well and finish review was thorough. Thank you Rooftek.

Brian and his crew worked fast and efficiently. Even my neighbors were impressed. It was HOT. They took turns taking water breaks one at a time so that the work never stalled. Shane kept the dumpsters coming and going. There were a lot of layers to strip so it helped the dumpsters were always at the ready. Brian’s crew did a great job putting down tarps to catch all the debris coming down on all sides of the house and garage. I noticed there was one worker who smiled all day long no matter how hot it got. How does he do that? When the job was complete, I was stunned at how well they did the clean-up. It was spotless! When I look at my roof now it’s like I have a REAL roof. Leo and Myrna did a great job working with my insurance. Fine work. Thank you.

Leo was really patient, great to work with and communicated with us to make sure we were happy before, during and after the install. I love high quality and low maintenance products and the shingles they install are exactly that. Brian and his crew were punctual and fast while delivering quality work

Brian and his crew did an outstanding job. They worked quickly and did a great job. They cleaned up very well. The whole yard afterward looked great with no damage to my plants. The men were very efficient and hard workers. Leo was easy to work with and helped my grandma understand the whole situation very well.

Boone explained everything very well to us about what to expect. We were especially very happy to have 50 year shingles put on our roof rather than 30 years, which is what most of the other roofing contractors were offering.
Brian, the project manager, made sure that we had everything taken care of that we needed in getting our roof finished and completed. We appreciated that.

Overall I had a pretty meh experience. The sales person was great but after that there was a lot of miscommunication and project management details I had to straighten out for them. At the end, there was no final walkthrough or quality inspection, just asking for pay. I also felt the roofers could have been cleaner--I've been finding random nails everywhere for months now.
