Rose Remodeling

The Rose Remodeling crew did a very thorough, fantastic job with our shower replacement. Patrick first helped us determine what we wanted to do with the project and was incredibly helpful laying out all the options. Richard our project coordinator was responsive and helpful, always keeping us up to date. Oliver did a great job with a quick demolition. Eugene and Rueben were incredible and meticulous installers. Very wonderful experience overall and we are happy with our shower!

We're so pleased with our bathroom remodel and give you a five star (5) rating! Alek, the young man who represented Rose Remodeling did the work. He's a meticulous, hard working and kind craftsman. A perfect match for us, as senior citizens. He'd let us know on a daily basis whether his work would be loud, or not.. We love our new bathtub, vanity, bidet toilet and new shower stall. We went on vacation to Hawaii and couldn't wait to go home, specifically to our New Bathroom!! The Hankins family

The estimator came to my house, I showed him a picture of what I wanted. He recommended something completely different that was less work (I didn't mind the recommendation) but then told me the cost would be 50-60 k for a 58x42 walk in shower with solid surface and removing my bathtub and leaving the space open so I can have a "handyman come in and put in cabinets or whatever I want". I asked to remove the current small 42x42 shower and tub next to it and extend the shower the full length with a bench and niches with a pony wall for some privacy, adding storage to the bathroom for towels and swapping my arched doorway for an actual door. He told me he had to come back to discuss the estimate with me since I wanted all high end. I never once asked for all high end. I wanted a shower that was more accessible and to remove the tub that we aren't using. For context the other bids I have received have ranged 28 - 45,000 so to say 50-60k for a reduced scope of work is ludicrous.

I hired Rose Remodeling to convert our old shower bath tub into a walk in shower. Climbing over the bath tub while du king under the shower curtain rod has felt very unsafe. Their consultant met with me and gave me a fair price the same day. They called me as soon as they received the county permit and began work the next day. Rose remodeling doesn’t sub out the work.The assigned employees do all the work, start go finish. Fred and his sons arrived on time. The first day was demo, the second framing and plumbing and the shower pan. The third day was the inspection and walls. That day was my husband do birthday and I asked if that part would be done as family,y was coming g home for cake and ice cream.throughout the day. Y husband was receiving gift deliveries from distant kids and grandkids. There was a beautiful basket of flowers that was unaccounted for. We had no idea who sent it. The next day Freda d his so sons installed the glass doors and fixtures. The final inspection came next. On Saturday the seat and shelves were finished. As I was signing off on the job completion at the kitchen table, Fred remarked “Nice flowers!” They were so beautiful. I explained the mystery that we still didn’t know who sent them. He said, with a twinkle in his eye “Now you do.” He said that when he heard it was my husbands birthday he went out to his truck and called his wife. She owns a flower shop and it was she who delivered them. That was the sweetest thing ever! Fred and his sons were always on time, worked together quietly and seemlessly and always with smiles on their faces.

The Rose team spent a lot of time with us on different design options, colors, material for our remodel of 3 bathrooms (our master bathroom did have customized features). They were very flexible and always easy to get hold of during the design phase. During the install phase they arrived on time, were very clear on the plans for the day and asking us about small detail options, they cleaned up everything perfectly. The install team had tremendous attention to detail on every part. We got multiple quotes from different contractors but the Rose team commitment to quality and craftsmanship won us over. The Rose price was toward the upper end but the results were well worth it. We love our new bathrooms.

Brian arrived from Rose Remodeling to give me a quote on a bathtub to shower remodel, he worked out the numbers to get exactly what I wanted within my price range. He had samples, explained everything in detail, showed me pictures and was so professional, yet very easy to connect to. He explained the process and assured me of their cleanliness, protecting the house from dust when they work, he was wearing booties on his shoes when he came in, I thought that was respectful, I don't even do that 🤣 and they are insured and bonded. Our bathroom is going to look beautiful, with a lifetime warranty. Family owned, which I loved that as well. I was ready to get several quotes, which i usually do, I had like 17 for my kitchen, but he sold me. Very down to earth. Can't wait to see it finished. 🙂

Overall 6 of 5 on final install quality. That said, initial customer relationship management issues and final quality check were problematic. Initially the installer didn't show on the first day (bad weather but hey ... i made it to work that day) and final quality (anti scald setting too low) detracted from a 5 star rating.

That said we LOVE our new shower and are glad we went with Rose. Don't know about a second project, but certainly satisfied with our first with them.

I learned so much about bathroom construction and accessories from Eric. He is such a wealth of information. He offered so many suggestions without me feeling he was trying to upsell. He was completely non pressure. We discussed our needs as well as his company's culture, ethics and background. Thank you for sending Eric.

We found Joshua Hoffman high in work ethics, professional in manners and his customer service is commendable. He explained to us in great detail every aspect of the transaction/remodeling job he is trying to sell us. He was honest; had shown some patience and as well as empathy to elderlies like us in answering all our questions and going over a few times the parts that seems doubtful to us. Needless to say, he had gained our confidence and trust with Rose Remodeling, the company he represents. We are completely happy with the experience we had with him.

We wanted to share our experience with Rose Remodeling of our shower upgrade.
We had a gentleman named RAMON take out our old, little corner shower unit that was so old & out dated. He built a new walk in shower that is gorgeous!! RAMON did an outstanding job & thorough conversion that we are very happy with.
Then we had RAMIRO of Ramiro's glass make sliding doors to complete the enclosed walk in shower. It looks absolutely fantastic!! We are exceptionally happy with how our new shower looks & functions for us.
As I am handicapped, RAMON also put in shower grab bars to help me get around safely.
Also, I have had numerous conversations with GRAHAM. I believe he was the project coordinator. He was extremely helpful with all my questions. And stayed on top of the project through all of it, to completion.
After this conversion was completed, we are very happy with the services we received from Rose Remodeling & Ramiro's Glass.
We would recommend them both very highly!!
