I had a fantastic experience with SimplySolar from start to finish.

From my first conversation with David (sales) through installation with Yashar, Najeeb, and Rick, the entire team was thoughtful, transparent, and incredibly professional.

David was outstanding. He took the time to walk me through system sizing, storage capacity, and payment options in a way that felt collaborative—not salesy. He was responsive, clear with pricing, and genuinely focused on finding a structure that made sense for our family. At no point did I feel pressured. It was always, “Here’s why this works for you, and here’s why it works for us.” That transparency built a lot of trust.

The install team was just as impressive. Yashar, Najeeb, and Rick were respectful of our time, communicated clearly throughout the process, and worked efficiently. The design team was very responsive over email and patient with the many questions I had. When issues came up (like battery placement), they were open to feedback and worked with me to find a solution that maintained code compliance while keeping costs manageable.

Installation was seamless and completed in under two days. They clearly communicated whenever power would be shut off and even shared photos of the progress and final setup.

Overall, I really appreciate how the team showed up across sales, design, and installation. We’re still awaiting final inspection, but based on the experience so far, I’m confident they’ll stand behind the system if anything comes up.

I shopped around and while Simply Solar wasn't the cheapest they made up for the small increase in customer service. Janet was a gem and very easy to work with even through a few sticky parts. We bought (not leased) our solar and it was done right the first time. Very good communications and excellent onsite vigilant and polite workers. If I had to do it all again I'd pick these guys for sure. Thank you for the assistance, education and expert installation. Two years later everything works like a charm!!

I wanted to thank the whole crew for the professional installation work. From the sales process with David, the project management from Esgar, and the top notch installation work done by Najib, Nate, Misael, Yashar, Gio, Carlos, and Rick. They were careful, courteous, and professional. Watching them work you could tell they were true professionals. From the little things like wiping their feet on the entry mat before they entered the house, the care with which they considered how to lay conduit and install the gear, and ultimately the thorough job they did to clean the work area when they were done. The whole installation process was a breeze.

The real test of a company’s integrity isn’t how they treat you before the sale, it’s how they show up after the job is done and the check has cleared. I’ve had a couple of minor issues with my Simply Solar installation, and every single time they responded immediately and fixed the problem at no cost. I genuinely appreciate companies like this!

They don't like customers who like to priceshop.
I was looking to install a 9.4kw system with battery. Process upfront of getting quotes were good but i picked another company which was more competitive in pricing and same warranty. Later they contacted me and i was expecting to expand my system so i asked them to give me pricing quote for expansion battery. When i said the other installer had better price and asked if they can do better. They rudely responded "go to the other installer" pretty childish response.

Start to finish, Simply Solar exceeded every expectation. From the very first call to the last step of the process, everything was handled with professionalism, clear communication, and genuine care.

I had talked to three companies before deciding, but my salesman David REALLY stood out. He knew the ins and outs of the technology and took the time to explain what would work best for me (I had a lot of questions, he was patient!). That gave me confidence I was making the right decision.

From there, Sam on the design side made sure my system was planned exactly the way it needed to be. Andrew, the site inspector, kept things moving and gave me peace of mind that everything was set up right before installation even began.

MOST IMPORTANT - the installation crew was fantastic. Carlos (foreman), Rick (project manager), and their team went above and beyond. They worked hard, answered my questions on the spot, and treated my home with respect. It was clear they took pride in their work.

And through it all, Jack, my production manager, stayed on top of the process and made sure things wrapped up smoothly.

What impressed me most wasn’t just the quality of the offerings (Franklin, Tesla), but how strong their entire process was. Everyone knew their role, communication was seamless, and I always felt like I was in good hands. Simply Solar wasn’t just the best choice, they were far better than the other companies I considered.

I don't write many reviews, but this team deserved a big thank you from me on Google. I hope this helps someone out there decide on Simply Solar!

I highly recommend Simply Solar. Their sales consultant Dean was very patient and knowledgeable, walking us through our energy needs and equipment and never pushy. Our Project Manager John was professional, reliable, and very efficient. Our installer Giovanni was excellent and worked hard to get our battery up and available quickly. Juan diligently addressed an electrical issue we were having post installation. They are excellent and genuinely want the best system for you and your needs.

Better value, better service, from a local business! We had a little trouble with our design at first, but the actual owner stepped in and made some suggestions and got everything on track. The installation went very well. Only a slight problem, but Simply Solar stood behind their promise and made it right. We absolutely love our system. Jake Giovanni, Jose, Marcos, Sam, Esgar, Tim they worked on our house like it was theirs.

We wanted to move to solar power and were introduced to David Frank at Simply Solar through a friend, who had recently had SS install panels.

David was knowledgeable and helpful, and he did a thorough job evaluating our current and anticipated future needs and recommending a package that would serve us well.

Installation was scheduled and executed efficiently on time, and the install team was professional and friendly. When we had questions about our installation and the permitting process, our production rep, John Rojas, provided quick feedback.

Simply Solar did a great job on my system. From pricing with Jeff and coordination with Esgar, to the great install by Bobby and crew, everything went off without a hitch. Not even two weeks from day of install to final permit inspection and the system is up and running and powering my whole house. I’d recommend SImply Solar without a doubt.
