Peace of mind with the maintenance plan. For a few extra dollars a month Simply the Best comes out twice a year to inspect everything. Always good to catch things early, should they happen. No high pressure sales but valuable recommendations which you can research before you agree to anything.
I wish I could take Simply the Best with me but I moved out of state.

I am writing this review for my father and our family. The experience we have had with simply the best has been wonderful. We had issues with our old system and called them out, a simple explanation of the issue as we knew it to be, turned out to be a very much larger issue than we were aware of... Octavio's knowledge and intuition helped us get through the process of a complete replacement of the outside unit due to the problems coming from there. Not only did he help us get a major upgrade on efficiency and abilities to deal with the heat during the summer, but when there was a manufacturer defect that we didn't see until well after the installation, he was out promptly and with a fix within a day of finding the issue with manufacturing defect... To make a long story short, I will continue to use this team for our HVAC system repair and maintenance because of the experience we had.... Thank you again Octavio...

Absolutely outstanding service from our AC technician. Our unit went out at the worst possible time, and he went above and beyond to move our appointment up and get us taken care of quickly.
Not only was he responsive and professional, but he was also honest, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work.
The repair was handled fast, the communication was excellent, and the AC is running perfectly again. In Arizona heat, that kind of service means everything.
Highly recommend to anyone needing AC work done — dependable, trustworthy, and top-notch service from start to finish.

Octavio came to do our six month service. He took The outside unit covers off, clean the Cooling tines, check the coolant levels, check the voltages. Check the hard start capacitors all the capacitors went into the attic to the air handler. Made sure that the drain was working properly overall he just did a great job.

Great customer service and fantastic response time. They made sure we were taken care of.
I called around 3 PM on a Friday, and they had a repairman at our house by 5:10 PM. He replaced the fan motor and a few other components that same night, which was impressive.
There was a follow-up issue, but they responded immediately. He came back out Saturday morning after I reported the problem and made sure everything was properly repaired and replaced by Monday.
I really appreciate their responsiveness and willingness to stand behind their work. That level of service is hard to find—highly recommend Simply The Best Heating and Cooling! We have been with this company for at least 18 years.

I have been with Simply the Best for almost ten years. Octavio came out today for our annual furnace check. He checked for gas leaks, carbon monoxide, and to make sure all the safety circuits were working correctly. Top notch technician.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I was over promised and under delivered on all service and products. I had the service plan but instead of a well working unit, all I have are problems. In my multiple years using this company( because the first contact I had convinced me to purchase the service plan) the turnover is extreme. Now they have one employee doing scheduling and all service. I talked to the owner who is out of state and not even here to fix problems twice, and he wants to guilt you into feeling so bad for him instead of trying to understand the problem and making sure the work is done correctly. Now I have a heater that requires thousands of dollars in repairs and have to find a reliable company to fix it. Thanks for nothing!
