thing because it kept me watching how the system was working then he left the company and his replacement never called me to introduce or give me contact information and so over the last 90 days I noticed my electric bill has went up and up and up and I may have gotten comfortable with the system I'm not sure, but when I looked at my SPAN and saw my battery wasn't charging how is it Sunrun didn't know that my original rep made sure I sent him my electric bill to him every month I guess that position doesn't exist anymore because no one at Sunrun has requested them, and now that they do know why am I waiting almost a month for someone to come out ,with the bad weather yesterday my power went out 12 times for a short period of time and we were totally in the dark something we're not use to not very happy with Sunrun right now
The installation crew also did an amazing job they completed the entire project in just one day and everything was done professionally.
For my second property, I needed a new roof, and Austin was able to include a brand new roof as part of the project along with 34 panels and 4 backup batteries. His planning, work ethic, and attention to detail are phenomenal.
Most importantly, the wifey is happy and that’s what really matters! Thank you again, Austin, for everything. I’ll be referring you to everyone we know.
