Failed to notify us of a system failure that occurred in February, leading us to receive a hefty $5500+ bill from our electric company. The Sunrun contract claims they will monitor your system and ensure it is performing as per your contract... this is absolutely false.
The call center reps refused to escalate my call, explain why they failed to notify us, or explain why we are still having to pay our monthly PPA despite having a downed system...
They claim the system states there is an issue with the inverter, and they have been unable to secure the part since February. They will not send a tech out to investigate the issue without an out-of-pocket service fee.
It's strange new installs can continue, which would require an inverter, yet they are unable to replace my system's failed unit....
