I had a great experience with this roofing company. The price was very fair, and I really appreciated that there was no pressure or haggling everything was straightforward and honest from the start. The whole process was simple, smooth, and surprisingly fast. The crew that came out did a great job on my roof and were professional. They also did a thorough cleanup afterward, which I really noticed and appreciated. Overall, I’m very happy with the quality of work and how easy they made the entire process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable roofing work.

Mr Lewis the owner and sales Rep quoted me a price of 28k to strip old siding and replace new. Included gutters,shutters and Medal Trim along the top. The workers did so much damage. None brought to my attention by them. I had to address all. My Awning was taken down and put in mulch and then they threw all the debris on top. Broke tiles to my gas fire pit. Spilled white paint on my brand new trek deck. I found them trying to clean it up with some kind of cleaner. See picture on how it was left. This spill also went on a section of new siding which they replaced. My roof is approx 5.5 yrs old. They walked on the roof so much that lots of the granules have come off. Shingles kept coming off. Mr. Lewis sent one of his workers that besides couldn't understand or talk English he knew nothing about repairing a roof. See Photo. Then supposedly a roof specialist came to do the repairs well that didn't fix it either. More shingles came off. So many promised start dates or promised to be there to see damage dates that Mr. Lewis never showed. He told so many different versions of his story. Those story's change with each time he said it. Lots of lies. Mr. Lewis forged my name to the Completion Form that was turned in so he could collect his 20k balance. This was turned in without the job being completed. There were weeks that past with no return phone call. There was a two month span with no returned messages. The last contact was recently after 4 mouths of not returning calls or messages. He calls, says again he was going to have the rep for the siding to come look at it. Mind you Ron still has not seen the siding that looks warped. He says, Let me call him and then I will call you right back. Ha Ha Ha Again a week past. I text him at 5pm a week later and told him I have had it with him. I told him I was going to move forward with hiring a contractor to fix roof and all the siding and then he can pay the bill. I also wanted him to pay the balance on the loan that he forged my name too. Mr. Lewis and I had a hand shake deal that I would get 5 new windows because I got him 2 other jobs to do before I knew what he was like. I told him that he could keep those windows. I did not want anyone of his workers in my house. Mr. Lewis text me back at 122 am and said that "who do you think you are to dictate what he was going to pay. he says that's it, I'm calling my lawyer and I'm suing you"
I responded to please do so, Make sure you tell him you forged my name to a bank document. I'm sure he will want to take your case. How do people like him live with himself. There are some good right ups but several bad ones with the BBB. He repeatedly does the same thing to people. He basically moves from job to job collecting all the money but not completely finishing a job. Robing Peter to pay Paul. There is so much other damage that I left out here. It will be 1year come March 14th when they started this job. If anyone is reading this, DO NOT DO business with this company.

We had two bay windows installed on our Colonial home. The two man crew showed up after confirming their arrival time between 8-9am. After meeting them, they got right to work, steady through the day. Kept the area clean from dibree, removing it at they went along.
They did a super job and cleaned up real well when done. Terrific couple of guys.
I strongly recommend Sherlock Homes upon pricing and the work done on our home.

Shore lock homes did siding on my summer house, new roof, two story Egress stairs, demoing and building a farmers porch with new stairs and composite decking, built new garage doors, and Installed 2 new outside doors as well as 3 screen doors AND gutters! Let me tell you.. Hiring these crew was the BEST decision I’ve ever made. I am so pleased that I am hiring them again to put a roof on my main residence. Not only was the crew quick, they were also polite and worked hard to clean up after themselves. The price I got to do all this work was almost 1/2 of what most other large companies quoted me!! I am ecstatic to have saved SO much money that left me extra to remodel the inside of the house as well. Warning, these guys ARE popular so you better hire them quick before they’re booked up! My neighbor across the street was so blown away how beautiful my house looked that he hired Shore Lock for his house as well. After being emotionally exhausted getting ridiculously crazy quotes, I could finally take the plunge once Shore Lock came my way. Thank you Ronnie! A++++++

From the moment Ron's team arrived to the moment they left, the entire experience especially the outcome was a pleasure. The entire team were knowledgeable, efficient, timely, and professional. They stripped our home of old wooden shingles, installed brand new vinyl plank siding and cedar impression siding, repaired a section of roof, installed new soffits and gutters and a few more duties and all in 9 working days. Their proposal was 1/3 the cost of the big guy (NEW***), but without any sacrifice in quality. They even performed the final walk-around and cleanup effort in a rain and wind storm without missing a beat. Our home looks amazing and the high standards of quality really shine.
