The service I received from Edgar was top notch. He quickly looked at my issue and determined no replacement was necessary. We reviewed the situation and he relayed there would be no charge. Edgar was wonderful to work with. The company does need to be more transparent with fees that will be charged as there was no mention of the $95 dollar fee for apparently just showing up, which Edgar seemed unaware of. I certainly get a service fee for a job but that must be relayed at time of booking. And once the job is booked the company needs to stop sending me texts wanting to book the job which I got a few of after booking. Keep up the great work, Edgar!

I learned of Enoch through Home Depot. I bought three new light fixtures and needed an electrician to install them. The electrician not only installed the new fixtures, but went extra mile to identify and quickly repair some defective wiring in light switches. So thankful! Highly recommend Enoch. I reached out to Team Enoch regarding the installation of a level 2 EV wall charger. They were quick to reply and I appreciated the fact that they didn’t do the typical overpriced fee just to send an electrician out to see if it was even doable in the first place like the other competitors.

This is the second HVAC system that I have purchased with Team Enoch. My first system was for a 40 x 30 steel building. I had 15 estimates and they beat all estimates by a mile. Including estimates that were for mini splits. They did an awesome job installing my 4 ton Goodman unit. This time I had a 13 year old upstairs unit replaced with a 3 ton Trane. The crew showed up on time, was professional, friendly and didn't leave a mess. Team Enoch does exactly what they should do. They give very good pricing. No sales people, working on commission to deal with. Just call and get a quote., professional installation and awesome discounts. They even network with zero percent financing and made sure I received my tax credit for my unit before they left. I will continue to use Enoch for all my household needs.

I can’t put into words how pleased that I chose Team Enoch for my HVAC complete replacement. I got quotes from several local companies. Enoch responded to our emergency air conditioner fail in 2018 when the air conditioner company that sold us the unit wouldn't come service it. We were impressed at how responsive Enoch Electric was and decided to call them the next time we had any electrical or plumbing needs. 7 years later, they have redone our HVAC system, installed a heat pump to keep our attached garage the same temp as the house year round, added a whole house surge protector, added extra electrical circuits and outlets, fixed plumbing, and generally kept us feeling quite cared for and worry free in our 50 year old ranch style home. Their pricing is reasonable and I have no issues paying the invoices via email (Quickbooks) which makes the whole experience very easy to manage. I highly recommend them for your plumbing, electrical, and HVAC needs.
