Team Enoch

Took 2 months to get parts needed to replace our HVAC. The day it’s supposed to be installed gets pushed back.

FINALLY get relief in my business for my customers and team and next morning we come in to ceiling tiles on the floor. Water actively dripping from the ducts.

Call their company, get call center people who can’t help. They can pass on the same contact information — had to do this 3 times in an hour to get a call back from another call center letting me know the can’t get out to help until Monday. UNACCEPTABLE.

I cannot recommend this company less. I’m hopeful some miracle turns this experience around and I can update this review but as it stands. EPIC FAIL in the customer service department for ordering, installing and follow up maintenance for improper installation.

My water heater went out late one evening and I needed it replaced. Team Enoch contacted right away and got me on their schedule next day. My technician Caleb got here right when they said he would. He was super friendly, explained thoroughly everything he would be doing, and took time to answer all my questions. The new unit Team Enoch installed far exceeded my expectations. After he finished, Caleb showed me the new water heater and explained all the new safety features they installed, which were all included as part of the standard installation - BONUS!. It is such a blessing to find a company like Team Enoch that goes above and beyond the customer's expectations, and has such great people like Caleb. Oh, and the price I paid was A-MAZE-ING! This is the third time I have used Team Enoch, and I wouldn't consider using anyone else. Thank you Caleb and Team Enoch!

Honestly, this was so easy! I have never hired a plumber or a plumbing company with such ease. Zach was courteous and was an hour early — and finished within an hour, which allowed me to get on with my day. The thing that surprised me the most was that they would send me an invoice via email. So many other companies want their money upfront or on the spot. They definitely go by the honor system. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 I strongly recommend Enoch!

They started promptly at 8am. The process was seamlessly meaning we sent in pictures and told them the situation and the gave us a quote based on the information provided by us. Their prices were better than their competitors. They installed a 1 stage Carrier AC/Furnace.

Excellent job by David. He is very professional and descriptive about everything. He installed the 240V outlet for my EV. Not only he did the good job but also answered few questions I had regarding EV. Would definitely recommend this team for any electrical work.

Oh my goodness…I can’t say enough about how awesome Team Enoch is!!! Lorenzo arrived 12 minutes EARLY which I desperately needed on this specific day, and he assembled my chandelier perfectly. It’s absolutely beautiful. I didn’t realize it had as many pieces to it, but Lorenzo put it together with patience and ease! He was so courteous, kind, pleasant and professional! I am beyond pleased and thankful for Team Enoch and their dedicated technicians. Look no further-this is your go-to for electrical needs! I won’t use anyone else in the future!

Absolutely amazing service! Jonathan installed my Tesla charger in our garage in less than 20 minutes! Team Enoch is exceptional and the price was even better. I’d highly recommend using them

They showed up promptly, were very respectful and answered all my questions. This is the second time I've used enoch for a big job ( replaced AC two years ago) and I would definitely recommend them. Both times I got several other estimates but nobody comes close to Enochs prices.

Enoch responded to my initial email within 5 minutes. Quote with multiple options was sent to me minutes later. I chose the option I wanted, and had my appointment scheduled for next day, in less than 30 minutes after my initial email. The techs came out and were very knowledgeable, explained everything along the way, and were very professional. It was all in all a great experience.

Team Enoch listened to me when I explained my issue. They scheduled my appointment the same day ( a couple of hours from talking to them). Vicente was very professional and he quickly resolved my issue! I was very pleased and will definitely use them again!
