David came out and did an amazing job on a ceiling fan replacement. He was really professional and completed a quick install. He even hauled away the old broken ceiling fan along with packaging from the replacement. I will definitely call again for more services.

We used Enoch for our A/C 2 years ago, so when our hot water tank went out, we contacted them. It was so easy to schedule. They were quick with their response and quote. The technician was early and finished quickly. We’ve used definitely would recommend and use for future needs.

AC stopped working on the hottest day of the year. Thankfully, Team Enoch was able to come replace our indoor and outdoor units the next day. Steven and Juan arrived on time and got the job done in less than the expected time! They did a great job despite the heat. They were very easy to work with and there was minimal disruption to my day. Hard to beat their price too!

A company becomes my go-to when they provide this level of service. I don't expect to need them any time soon with the quality of products and service they provided, but I will certainly be turning to them for any future HVAC needs.

I decided we could make it until the next morning, and technician Greg Manning came out to diagnose the problem. Greg was professional, courteous, and respectful of our home. Since it had started raining, he put on booties over his shoes before entering the house, which I really appreciated.

I watched Greg work tirelessly, going from the attic to the outside unit and back to the thermostat multiple times until he found the issue. He was thorough, determined, and clearly committed to getting our AC running again. Once he identified the problem, he repaired it and had everything working properly.

Finally, an HVAC company that actually fixed the problem!

I bought my house in 2021, and the previous owner had installed a new Amana AC unit in 2020 before selling the house.

Since the day I moved in, I had two major issues. The compressor would occasionally throw a trouble code and shut down, causing the outdoor unit fan to stop running. Also, whenever the outdoor temperature got above 95°F, my house would never cool below 75°F. My temporary solution for the last 5 years was simply turning the AC power switch off and back on, which would reset the compressor and get it running again.

This year, the problem got much worse. The compressor started shutting down 2-3 times a day, so I finally had no choice but to call someone. Over the years, I had several HVAC companies look at it, but nobody seemed to know what was actually wrong. I was told everything from replacing the compressor, evaporator coil, TXV, adding refrigerant, and more.

Then I found Team Enoch.

For the first time, someone correctly diagnosed that the compressor rotor was locking up and causing the issue. They also discovered why my house would never cool properly in hot weather. Apparently, the original installer had set up the AC system incorrectly from the beginning.

It's now been about two weeks since the repair, and the difference is incredible. The compressor has been running perfectly, and for the first time since I bought this house, my indoor temperature can actually reach 72°F even when it's over 95°F outside.

I especially want to thank Chris. He was extremely friendly, professional, and very thorough with his diagnosis. He took the time to explain everything and actually solved a problem that multiple companies failed to fix for years.

I'm currently considering installing a UV-C lamp to improve indoor air quality, and I will definitely be using Team Enoch again for that project.

My advice to anyone looking for HVAC service: don't be tempted by "free second opinions." I'd rather pay a diagnostic fee to someone who actually knows what they're doing. Team Enoch even waives the diagnostic fee if you move forward with the repair.

7 years ago I had them replace my ac unit. They did an amazing job. Today they came out because my thermostat had quit working. While they were her Diego did a complete inspection and found 3 issues that caused my issue with the thermostat. He was very informative and kept me in the loop on what he found what repairs were critical and what needed to be watched. I went ahead and had all 3 things done following his recommendation. So glad I did and so glad I had called them. Wonderful company
