We are very pleased with our new tub to shower installation. Work was exactly as rep. explained. They contacted us consistently on order. Installers arrived on time, were polite and nice, covered our interior carpeting, showed us their progress step by step, even fixed minor plumbing issue. They made sure every detail looked perfect. Cleaned up everything afterwards. Our bathroom is small, but they made it work. The shower looks great.

When I first contacted The Bath Authority, Autumn came out. She was amazing! Very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and was so nice. Autumn is an asset to your company!

Daniel was our installer. He did a fantastic job! He was proficient at what he did, took his time, and did not rush. Which my husband and I both appreciated. I wanted the corner shelves at 48" and 60" heights. He did just that! Perfect. Daniel answered our questions and put up with us coming in the bathroom several times to see what all he had done. He knew we were excited. He also cleaned up everything before he left. Like Autumn, Daniel is an asset to your company!

I had 2 showers replaced and new flooring installed. There was a miscommunication at the start of the job regarding the floor but they solved the issue beyond my expectation. The installer and his helper were professional and friendly. They were truly concerned with my satisfaction and went above and beyond. The finished Product was outstanding. Pricy..but you get what you pay for,

Tyler and Chris were the ultimate professionals! They went the extra mile to keep our home clean during the installation and to do everything possible to make our new tub package customized perfectly for our specific needs. Except for the cost, we were pleased overall with the quality of materials and the work performed. That being said all major bath remodeling companies want to overcharge for their products and services. We were particularly happy with the company The Bath Authority subcontracted with to perform the installation. The entire team from Bath and Show Company was great, particularly the onsite lead Bernard. Respectful and tried to keep things as clean as possible throughout the processes. Overall, I think you will be pleased in the end, even though your pocket book will be significantly lighter.

The installers, Sam and Alyssa Maywood, were very conscientious, dedicated, hardworking, knowledgeable and professional. They treated the bath/shower install as if they were doing their own while they patiently cared about my needs and concerns while offering useful advice.

I’m satisfied with the installers and their professionalism and the work they are doing at this point! Can’t wait for them to finish up on my bathroom! Bathroom was completed this morning and I’m well pleased with the job the crew did! I highly recommend The Bath Authority!

After we upgraded our master bath it was time to replace that old builder installed basic fiberglass shower. We'd had a couple close encounters with other similar services but working the design through with Caitlyn was just comfortable. She was friendly, well prepared, factual, and not overly pushy. Our installer, Brian L, was excellent - personable, open to suggestions, very neat - and an outstanding craftsman. A high quality result that we'll enjoy for many years.
