They got the job done and gave me many options that were easy to understand from start to finish. I had a sink and tub that wasn't draining properly, now it does. I have other issues and steps to finish, but I see what it takes to complete it, physically and financially. Also, Im willing to call them back and get the membership again based on how much work I need completed.

I reached out to obtain an estimate to have a home generator installed and the company was very responsive with a visit scheduled the very next day. The team arrived on time (with an advance call to keep us informed, was very professional, and answered all our questions, while ensuring they understood our needs. Within a short period of time, they provided an estimate for the entire house as well as an estimate for a slightly smaller generator that would work with some load shedding. They also explained preventive maintenance and availability of 0% financing for 12 months, if desired. Additionally, there is almost no lead time so the work can be scheduled quickly. Still in the consideration stage but highly recommend based on initial interactions.

We needed all new ductwork for our very old house. Jeff came out and gave us a quote and started the process. He was a very professional and made the process very easy. Then the crew came and started the job. They did excellent and I'm very pleased with the results. My house is now very cool and feels great. I would highly recommend them.

Jerry and Bill came today on Sunday and gave me a step-by-step explanation of what can be happening. They were knowledgeable and made sure I understood or questioned anything I didn’t. My experience began with needing my kitchen sink pipes needing to be replaced. Two men arrived, one showed me two options on his tablet and I chose the least expensive, for $1,299. The work was completed in less than 3 hours, I even helped. When I shared the price with many men at work later, all were surprised that it cost $1299 for such a small job and asked me to contact the company again to make sure it wasn’t a mistake. I did, and was told “We have a flat rate”. So, for me, it was a big learning experience, a costly one. I cannot recommend this company due to their “flat rate fee” that should have only cost half what I paid.

We wanted to publicly say that TP&AS Co. really gets things right! After a small issue they came back and rectified the issue promptly in a very timely manner. Made us feel valued and appreciated! Great quality work and professionalism.

I’m very happy with my entire experience. From my first meeting with Corey, the installation technicians and the electricians. They were all very nice, professional and helpful answering all my questions. My home was left as tidy when they left as when they arrived. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Joel was very professional, respectful, and took the time to explain what he was seeing with my system in a way that was easy to understand. He answered my questions and didn’t make me feel rushed or pressured.

Firstly I'd lay to say when I called them initially to schedule a consultation to evaluate my system, the receptionist was very knowledgeable on her own. Rarely have I called a business and had someone who works at the front desk know so much about the specifics on how an HVAC works! After that Taylor came over and we discussed pricing and units, they offered very competitive pricing compared to other businesses I reached out to. They were able to get a Rheem 3.5 ton 2-stage unit (a premium tier HVAC system) installed for the price of an entry level unit (Goodman).

They showed up the next day and installed everything in one go. They managed to get the unit into my attic with less than an inch of clearance through the attic access, without having to remove any trimming. During the winter storm there would a couple hiccups but everyone was understanding and got someone out here to resolve the issue as soon as they were possibly able to. The issue was resolved professionally and at no charge!

Every person I've talked to through the whole process was extremely professional and treated me with respect and dignity. They explained every part of the process and every part of the unit I asked to be explained. They offer extremely accommodating financing options!
