Their installation crew was impressively professional, friendly, and safety-conscious, always working neatly and efficiently. Overall, Trinity Solar delivered outstanding service and expertise—I highly recommend them.

They pulled out of Florida and 1/11/25. Out system just got turned on and was inspected 12/30/24. We not have 2 leaks that need repair. Since Trinity left the state they have outsourced to a company Castaways. They sent out 2 guys to asses the leak and they said they couldn’t find an issue that was done in install. Castaways is living up to the name as we were Castaways! Trinity then said there was nothing they would do. I have now paid $500 to have a solar and roofing certified professional come and assess the leaks. 2 panels need to come down to do repair and a vent was crushed while in attic reinforcing trusses. The insult to injury is I was working for them and this is how me and my family have been treated. I have given Trinity the opportunity to do the right thing yet I am now being ignored. My parents are in their 80’s and my father is a proud veteran. This is a brand new home for them and they purchased in July. The roof was well inspected and is only 2 years old . For Trinity to totally write us off after they could not make it in Florida is an absolute shame. My father as a veteran deserves better than this. This was to be a savings not a curse.

Great experience with Trinity Solar. Salesman was knowledgeable and helpful, not pushy. The whole process was smooth and the panels are up and producing nicely. Best part is I saved so much money and got an excellent tax return.

I just had my panels installed afew days ago.The supervise was very informative. polite and professional, The crew was informative they told me what was going to happen each step of the way. the cleaned up behind themselves and was very professional.

Trinity Solar has ruined my roof and has not returned any of my calls.

Initially when my system was installed I was completely satisfied with the salesperson professionalism as well as the installers. But now my system has been down 3 months due to what they say is a defective inverter & they are giving me all the excuses of why the problem still isn’t fixed. The part is under warranty and they’re telling me they will eventually fix it. All at customer service act as if they don’t care or not knowledgeable about handling my problem. Very disappointed with how I’m being treated. I paid $30 thousand dollars for this system and it’s not working.

I was given the sales pitch, if I ever needed the roof replaced it would cost $750 to have the panels removed and replaced. he also stated that they would do a inspection of the roof before installing the panels, and if any issues with the roof they would NOT install the panels. I stated the roof is 20 yrs old. I was told its not a problem. I have had the panels up for 2 yrs now and the roof is leaking, and they want almost $6,000 to remove them. Time to call a lawyer.

From the beginning to the end the whole process was communicated to us. The salesman still contacts us to see if we are happy, he did not just make the sale and say that his job was done. I do recommend Trinity to anyone that is getting solar panels.

It was very easy to schedule a consultation with Trinity solar. Somebody did come out to my house to evaluate things physically, but I did not need to be home for it which was nice. We then had a virtual Skype meeting, where everything was reviewed with me in detail and I was able to ask questions. The staff is very knowledgeable, and taught me a lot about the way solar works financially
