We had A Star replace two AC units in our home at a cost of $23,000. One of the units seems to be defective doesn't work consistently. We've had at least 6 service calls when the right thing to do would be to replace the unit. I would recommend working with another company.

Thank you for sending technician Chris McGowan! He was extremely professional and provided me with great detail on how to operate and care for my unit. I find that people will feel obligated to express their complaints BUT I can only give this feedback as a compliment to such an awesome technician.. Since moving into my home every person has asked me to give them 5 stars; Chris never advised me of completing a survey so this comes straight from the heart. Chris is a true asset to this company he deserves the recognition. I will recommend A-STAR to friends and family if they need any plumbing or HVAC services.

Just want to say thank you to Tabitha who answered my call for help, and also say thank you to Pedro the service tech! Tabitha was very friendly and did everything she needed to do to make sure we were taken care of promptly! Not long after my call for help, our service tech Pedro came by the house to help. Pedro informed us of the services we were needing and was very friendly, honest, and professional. You guys were fantastic and I am truly grateful for the services you all provided. Unfortunately the HOME Warranty company we have is not partnered with
A Star or else it would have been a much easier process. Thank you again for the services and I will continue to highly recommend you all to others who need any AC or Heating services.

Extremely friendly and professional. Explained everything in a way I could understand. This was to confirm another bid for work and he confirmed my suspensions. His inspection of my heating system saved me $2,500!! Awesome service! Highly recommend!! :)

Taylor (in the office) kept me informed regarding the tech and where I was in line. I received a call from Taylor, telling me that the tech was on the way. I received a text with the name and picture of the tech, and a link to track his journey to the house! (I was really impressed with that). The tech, Tyrone, explained to me my options. He was very patient with me when I asked to break-down a process or to repeat an explanation. I was happy with the estimate, and the turn-around time for him to return and do the work.
I will give an update after he finish the work, tomorrow. Nonetheless, so far I am tickled-pink with the service and price.
