Doug came to our home as a man helping us with windows but when he left I felt like he was a friend! Dough worked patiently with us and was always eager to please us. Very knowledgeable about his craft but made it known he was here for us to be happy about the purchase. Unbelievably kind, respectful,and knowledgeable. If you have Universal Windows come to your home - do yourself a favor and request Doug - he can answer any questions and just great hearing him talk about the great company he works for. Universal Windows has an awesome employee and he gives you what you need!

Absolutely thrilled with my windows. I hadn’t opened my windows in years because they were in such bad shape. I’m really enjoying the spring breeze. I only did half of my windows this round. Looking forward to doing the other 1/2 soon.

A couple of weeks ago I had 14 new windows installed for my home. The service was one of the best that I've dealt with especially for a home project. The young man (Jeremy) who installed my windows did an incredible job. He did each window individually with such care and perfection. I would highly recommend this company.

Daniel gave an excellent presentation about the windows. He answered all of my questions and even went out in the snow with me to compare window colors with my home! Throughly discussed options for customizing the windows for my home. I am definitely considering using this company for my wi Dow replacement.

I found Universal Windows online and they came out for an estimate to replace our front entry door 2 days later. We worked with Daniel, who walked us through the details of the products and materials being sold, and then helped us design the entry door of our dreams. There were more options available to customize than I ever would have expected, and he told us all the doors they sell are custom made so we could change little details just to our liking. The door we ended up choosing is gorgeous and unique, and they’ll be coming to install in a few weeks. We really appreciated the time Daniel took to ensure we got exactly what we wanted.

Sam and Richie were our sales reps. They were professional and very knowledgeable about their products. The windows installation was excellent and looks amazing. They did a good job in cleaning up everything. We highly recommend this company!

Love the new hinged French doors. Provia is quality and worth the cost. It was easy working with Kevin to arrange what we wanted for our home. Jeremy and Eli were great with the install. The doors look great with the new deck being built. Thanks.

Got a “quote” from Universal Windows when we were looking to get our windows updated and replaced, which turned into a 2 hour demonstration when we thought it would just be a quick measure and quote. The salesman was nice but very quickly turned it into pressure sales not wanting to leave until we told him we would accept his offer. The offer was significantly on the pricier range too and eventually we told him no and was able to get him to leave. However, they continued to pester us after the fact via email and text to continue to pressure us into buying their windows.

Thankfully we were able to go with a different company; Windows Plus, who was up front with costs which were almost half the price of what Universal Windows quoted and for a higher quality window too, timely, and didn’t pressure us either way.

Daniel was great at explaining everything to us and didn't make us feel pressured.
Our windows are gorgeous and they did an excellent job putting them in.
