Limited Lifetime Workmanship Warranty
Victory Home Remodeling offers a Limited Lifetime (50-Year) Workmanship Warranty, covering defects due to workmanship under normal residential use for 50 years from the installation date. This warranty applies to the original homeowner and can be transferred once to an immediate subsequent homeowner. It ensures that work will be performed professionally, using high-quality materials in line with building code standards.
Terms and ConditionsThe warranty remains in effect for 50 years from the installation, provided the original homeowner retains the property or transfers it once to an immediate buyer. The warranty terminates upon transfer beyond this initial transferee and does not renew if products are replaced under warranty.
Claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of discovering the defect, accompanied by a copy of the warranty and sales contract, either by mail or through Victory’s online portal. Victory will inspect the claim and, if valid, may repair, re-install, replace, or refund the purchase price of the service. The warranty does not cover damages from external factors (e.g., natural disasters, structural issues) or unauthorized repairs. Non-warranty service calls may incur a charge, and any work by others on Victory-installed products voids this warranty.

From the initial interview thru the installation & follow up. All the staff were very appropriate, polite, non-invasive.
All details were explained though out the process. The installation staff were very respectful of the house, assisted in moving furniture that was difficult for us and cleaned up completely.

The delivery date was accurate, and the install date was spot on. The window we purchased is really a well designed product with a nice strong but sleek frame. They operate beautifully.
The gentlemen that did the install were so nice and courteous and professional . They really left the property clean and the quality of the install was perfect......honestly.
Finally all the support staff from Maurice my sales person and everyone in between were pleasant, helpful and professional
